Came in a little stressed about my son’s phone line. Jarrat and German were friendly, helpful, and took care of everything. I left feeling like it might be time to switch from my carrier to US Cellular. Thank you!

I do not recommend going to this store . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had. I went into the store yesterday with my two small children and I was treated very poorly by the older white man with glasses on. Before anyone starts, assuming my children were very well behaved and very quiet. And I was also very respectful and polite when I first went up to the counter. It was not the fact that he explained their policy to me. It was the tone of voice that he used, and he was being very rude, Every time I tried to speak, he would cut me off and try to overpower me, he didn't really allow me to say anything and he seemed to not like Black people and he didn't try to do anything to help anyone Because each customer that he turned away and refused to help was African-American just like me. I was not the only customer that he did this two, I spoke with 3 seprate customers a black women and a older black couple and he treated them poorly as well according to them.

Went in to buy a new iPhone and was told it was “absolutely stupid” to get the phone that I wanted. Walked out feeling stupid and without a phone. Do not recommend going to this store under any circumstance. The worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service.

My fiance and I went into the US Cellular store in Mayfair on north port washington. We came pretty late in the day with only an hour before they closed. A super nice stores associate named NATHALIA did a wonderful job assisting us in getting brand news phones. The whole process went super easy and smooth with no issues at all. Fastest and nicest service Ive ever received since being a US Cellular member. She was kind from start to finish and didnt make us feel like a burden at all even with staying there til almost after they closed. She deserves a promotion and the ulitmate raise. Keep up the great work Nathalia cant wait to come back and shop with you more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big shout out to Calvin and the team at Bayshore US Cellular. I came in late Sunday, 15 minutes before close which I realize isn't ideal for anyone. Calvin still took the time to upgrade both me and my daughter's phone. Even patiently waiting after they had officially closed to make sure all of our data transferred properly!

I went in to U.S. cellular at Bayshore with a complex billing question and Dan Sullivan did everything he could do to help figure out the problem. He was patient, understanding, and very helpful! Although we could not figure out the billing question, the manager Edwin was able to assist us further and we quickly came to a compromise. Awesome staff and I would recommend going on a week day because it’s a lot slower!

Store manager Edwin has been incredible to work with.He and his team restored my faith with in person customer service. All around great to work with.I had a few issues getting a phone replacement (even with insurance) from Samsung and was without an operational phone for 4 weeks. To no fault of US Cellular or Edwin but they stepped in to help me get temporarily up and running until a new phone could come in.Without them, I would've been without a phone entirely, due to Samsung's "Care Plus" insurance delays, backorders, and all the excuses possible.Thank you Edwin and Team! The help they provided solidified why I'm a US Cellular customer.

Only giving this place 2 stars because the three employees who attempted to help us were very nice and apologetic . The Assistant Manager and Manager at this location were no help . My husband went in to upgrade his phone last week Monday , after going through all the steps there was an technical issue with the device which was a brand new IPhone 15 pro and it could not be activated . An IT ticket was put in and we were given a tome frame of 48-72 hours . After that 72 hours we called to get an updated and for the next week and half my husband and I were ran around in circles and never once given any correct information. We called numerous times no answer for our issue visited the store no answer . Finally we spoke to customer service and the problem was solved TODAY .Never once saw the manager who we were suppose to speak too and ON TOP of that the assist manager was told not to give my husband anymore calls until they got an update. I hope in the future you take care of your customers better .

Worst experience I ever had getting a new phone. Took over a week for not even them to activate my new phone… it was me calling customer service over and over and over again because they had no idea what was going on or taking actions to help me. The staff, assistant and main manager were absolutely no help and they were instructed not to call me back. I wouldn’t recommend this spot to anyone

Went to U.S. Cellular at Bayshore to upgrade our phones. As experienced in the past, customer service is atrocious. We were the only customers in the store. The man who helped us did not speak at all after directing us to a place at the counter. We had to ask questions about plans, trading in our phones, etc. I would not recommend going to this store unless absolutely necessary.

My son went in the store to purchase a phone. He worked with Adam. Adam asked for SS card, check stubs, ID and utility bill. My son was able to provide them with SS card, Check stubs and ID(TOO YOUNG FOR UTILITY BILL). Adam was rude and questioned my son about his check stubs and asked where he worked. He then tried to over-charge for the line and wouldn't allow his aunt to pay for the phone, saying that it needed to be in my sons name.My son travelled to a different store and was told the complete opposite and received the phone he asked for! This is unacceptable and no one should be treated this way because of their race.

Dan Sullivan AND the other two workers who were punched in at 1pm on 8-14-23 had wonderful dispositions! Dan was super knowledgable about my phone, solved my problem and I was out in 10 minutes. He was also empathetic about what the corporare cucks(my words not his), would not allow him to do! There's a management postion in Grafton that desperately needs to be filled Dan!

I went to this facility Today looking forward to purchasing a few apple products for the first time and I was greeted by a middle aged male named "Craig" who seemed to be training a young lady at the moment . I told them my service of choice and they ran my background to find I qualify for one cell phone , I asked if i was able to browse for a cell phone in the facility and Craig said yes but only to stop me by saying "the cheapest route would be a iPhone 12 ",which I never planned on getting in the first place . I asked him about the iPhone 11 and he said "there was no other cell phone at all i could get cheaper in the facility " I sat there confused and well aware of apples Inventory due to the fact that one of my elders in the family has Managed apple inside of Bayshore mall from the beginning of apple to thus present day . I asked Craig if we could do a iPhone SE instead and he and the trainee both said " yes" and pulled up details . I said to craig " i thought you had no other cell phones in the facility cheaper" he sude eyed and never replied .After viewing he rudely rushed me to make a decision by constantly demanding a source of payment, once more I quote this is my first time purchasing a cell phone from anywhere so I'm not aware of any inquiries and I made that orally clear at the beginning of the conversation , therefore I came there with 1000$ cash in my pocket to leave with no cell phone and some of the most prejudice service ever seen by naked eye . I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy for any but restroom service .

Got to store to switch my line to my wives plan. They said I cant unless the other plan owner is physically there. So I convince them to drive 40 minutes there. Then they try to get the paperwork printed but the printers broken. So they were like I can't help you today. After 3 hours of hanging at this store. This is beyond unacceptable.
