Purchased phone online for in-store pick up via Apple Pay. When I went to the store a lady rep (wish I had her name but she looked to be Latina) was extremely combative and unhelpful. I provided her with my account pin, my id and proof of purchase but was not allowed to leave with my phone because I was unable to show the physical card that I paid with. There is no physical card for apple pay, they use a device number as the cc number which can only be shown on the phone. Also it is the year 2022, why are physical cards even still being asked for with digital payment being so popular? But I digress, I was forced to cancel my order, have it sent over to Wauwatosa where I wasn’t even asked for the physical card, just the information that I had provided at the previous store which was extremely frustrating. If you’re looking for good customer service from a Verizon store take the drive to Wauwatosa and avoid this place. Their discretion for hiring is highly questionable.

Have been in this store a few times and always received exceptional service. Went in today to update an old phone (3G only and basically a flip phone) and actually enjoyed the experience. Worked with Julius, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and fun. When I told him what I wanted, he did not try to upsell me and he explained the accessory package in a way that helped me realize what I needed. In addition, he checked to make sure my plan was still the best for my needs. All in all, I was 100% satisfied with the service! Verizon may be pricey, but my experiences with customer service more than make up for the money I pay.

Came in today to get new phones and change my plan. I had a lot of questions and Nathan did a fantastic job answering them. We left happy customers with new phones and the best deals possible. Will absolutely go back to this location again!

This is a great store. The whole team is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a Verizon customer since 2003 and this is my go-to store when I need new equipment or support.

My husband & I were there around the end of April 2021 as soon as they opened. There was a smell that made us want to vomit. I don't know if the sewer backed up or the toilet. Even with masks on were were gagging. Then the gal that took care of us started sneezing all over the place. We got the hell out of there.

Lack of honesty, Chrissy wasn't honest with us were we traded a phone yesterday in a different store. Went to this store on Bayshore and Chrissy told us that we can't get this deal, then after she knew we did the same deal yesterday she told us better for us to go to Apple and buy our phones from their. Then we were asked to leave the store.
