Today is 11/9/23 at 8:21pm and the sign on the drive-thru window says "due to staff shortage the drive-thru is closed", but the staff that are in there, are just standing there talking. Now, I get it the whole world is short staff, but really. Two days ago, I come pull up and the system is down so the pharmacy is closed but once again they're in there talking. This used to be my favorite Walgreens.

Monday night about 5:15 PM. I went to pick up a post surgery medication. I found a hand written not on the door stating Temporary Closed! Unbelievable..

Poor customer service. So when I picked up my prescription upon refill, I had asked the technician if she could transfer the prescription for me and she told me to reach out to that Walgreens myself because “it would be easier”. That was no problem. On my next refill, I called the other Walgreens that I wanted my prescription sent to and I got an automated message saying “line is disconnecting” and it disconnected. After trying a couple more times I decided to call this Glendale location to ask for assistance and I got Armando. When I told him of my situation, he not once said “sure I can help you with that” but proceeded to ask my information in a disgruntled or bothersome tone (god forbid I was asking someone to do their job) and before he can get all of my prescription information to him, he immediately said that the same thing would happen to him that happened to me and that there was nothing more that he could do. When I told him that he was providing me poor customer service, he called me rude and hung up on me. I will be working with a different company because this location CONSTANTLY gives poor (don’t bother me) type of customer service. Extremely rude people work here and this was my last straw. Thank you Armando for sending me to a different pharmacy.

Went in today as a family to get vaccinated. Were able to make a "group" appointment online. We had to wait a while, but the pharmacy was very busy (seems like it may have been understaffed, I felt for everyone working - they were all very kind and doing their best). My 11-year-old daughter became faint after her flu shot and everyone in the pharmacy was so nice. One woman on the staff in particular made sure she had orange juice and kept an eye on her. I felt very well cared for and would visit this pharmacy again. Happy to be vaccinated and thankful for the folks at Walgreens who are now charged with community health in addition to regular pharmacy services.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. I refilled my prescription on Saturday (which should have been automatically refilled). My husband went to pick it up and it was not ready. So, I verified that it was ready in the app. Then, he went to pick it up again and it was still not filled. They told him to come back in a half an hour, so I called to see what the issue was. I was frustrated, but the woman was so rude to me and did not take any accountability for their mistakes. She hung up on me. So, I called back to discuss the situation with a manager. The woman said 'I am the manager'. Doubt it, because she has not had customer services training. She called me rude, would not listen to me, would not accept any accountability in Walgreens mistake, and hung up on me a second time. Do not recommend. We will not be coming back to this location. Absolutely vile service.

Walgreens are always a great place to pick up items. The staff are great, products are great, service is awesome. I never had any bad experience from any of their stores.

I’m upset with Walgreens while they over there having their associates say be happy be well !! I’m upset my daughter use to work here and was excited about it, she would come home and express to me how she didn’t want to work there and I would ask her why. I asked her was they miss treating her and she said no. I heard her on the phone with her female coworker and I was excited she made friends. I told her to ask her co worker to help her when she needed help. She expressed to me again she didn’t want to work there she wanted to work at Walmart and I told her not a good idea. They removed her from the shift for 2 weeks and said they was over budgeted but really didn’t want her to work there. She told me they hired new ppl but told her they was over budgeted. She went to work and was handed a letter that says you have to reapply at another Walgreens. I found out that the manager talked really bad on my daughter and basically said she was not worth putting on the schedule. How will anyone learn if they not taught or trained a job? That was her concern she was not confident in her training that she did not get as a new hire but was quickly let go and treated unfair!! They went through 4 managers in 2 months. Her feelings are crushed and all I see is discrimination everything he complained about was apart of her disability!!!!!! Him being the manger of the store seems like he has a problem himself he has a disability also!!!!

Walgreens discriminate against persons with disabilities even though no employer is suppose to. I was hired and let go because I complained about no receiving my paychecks. Who works for free not me. They blamed me for not clocking in correctly but I was not trained to work it. What job don't train you but complain when u make a mistake like your not human. Proper training will prevent Walgreens from receiving bad reviews and customers outlining. This is all poor management they don't take accountability for the store or train employees . The manger seem like he has a disability himself so I don't understand why they dont have a better understanding of patience and being kind. I'm filing a complaint

I went to Walgreens and I did not care for the visit. I couldn't find any associates on the floor for assistance. They don't have enough staff so lines are extremely long and wait times at the pharmacy are ridiculous, I'm not doing business at this location. They need training and a new manager that knows how to operate his store, the manager does not know much at all he need training.

Waited a hour for my prescription it was not ready…. They are very slow and keep patients waiting! I will not be returning and I advocate ppl who really have serious medication to take to do the same. I will be not be doing any business with Walgreens pharmacy I’m not satisfied. I will be looking into Meyers’s or getting my medication from meyers. The review for this pharmacy is already at a level 2. I had a prescription sent to the pharmacy it took days to get my medication and the wait time was 30 min ridiculous

Manager not very knowledgeable at all. I had some pictures to pick up and when I arrived to get them they were not even printed out! When I wanted to complain about the service to the manager he was not able to explain why the order was not processed. He was apologizing but not accommodating me for the inconvenience. It was not justifiable

I don’t like this job because people be doing to much and I don’t like it and I wanna work somewhere else like at Walmart because they been playing my paycheck and I haven’t got paid last week Thursday and I can’t do this job and just ain’t the fit for me so yeah and I am planning on looking for a different job soon I gets. A chance to find so yeah. And I don’t like doing stuff at Walgreens they be doing to much.

This location used to be one of the best before COVID. Now stock is low, and dealing with the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. The photo area looks disheveled, and oftentimes, when I go to pick up an order, the person behind the desk has a difficult time finding my order.There's a cash machine by the front door, and because of an error, it was emitting this obnoxious beeping sound. For months. I can't even tell you if it's still beeping because I learned to tune it out.This place is still good for cards, gift bags, and holiday related items, but be prepared to wait and potentially run into a problem.
