This location used to be one of the best before COVID. Now stock is low, and dealing with the pharmacy is an absolute nightmare. The photo area looks disheveled, and oftentimes, when I go to pick up an order, the person behind the desk has a difficult time finding my order. There's a cash machine by the front door, and because of an error, it was emitting this obnoxious beeping sound. For months. I can't even tell you if it's still beeping because I learned to tune it out. This place is still good for cards, gift bags, and holiday related items, but be prepared to wait and potentially run into a problem.

The pharmacy is horrendous. Text you your script is ready and when you get there, they either don't have it or didn't do the paperwork for the insurance. So it is two trips for one script on two different days and Thai acts like you're difficult for asking why? No apologies, no respect and no appreciation. Not her problem. I'm going to try pick n save pharmacy, at least I can get some groceries while I wait.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I called to get a prescription ordered in and the pharmacist was incredible cold and rude to me. She was not listening or letting me. I didn't give her all of my information in one sentence so she rudely prompted me "UH address and provider...?".... How unprofessional.

What a trash-heap store. I have been to pharmacies in the middle of South America that are better than this crap store. For one, they never have your medication on hand. You have to wait extra days and that is IF they are open. Their computer system is constantly down so they have to close the store down completely. Forget about picking up your drugs. This store has gone downhill so bad in the past few years it's terrible. STAY AWAY.

If they cared at all about improving the customer experience they would have fixed the broken drive-thru lane a year ago. I suggest bringing a book for the wait if you need to pickup a prescription at this location.

Do not go to this Walgreens. I went in to have two prescriptions filled. The first person that helped me took my information and then told me it would take half an hour. She never asked for insurance or anything, she seemed to be distracted but the two other employees that were arguing loudly behind the counter. When I can back about an hour later I spoke with another worker who told me that they didn't have my order. Then asked if I gave my insurance, I told him I haven't. I provided my insurance and then was told it would take 30 minutes for them to fill them. When I came back the THIRD time they only had one of my perceptions. They then told me that they could order it again and it would take about 15-30 minutes. I am traveling and had to catch my plane and didn't have time to wait so now I have to go through the hassle of finding a way to get it fill while I am out of town. I can tell you I will not be using this Walgreens to fill my prescription ever again.

This is the day I've decided to leave as a customer of this Walgreens and to NEVER COME BACK!! This is without question the WORST PHARMACY I've encountered in 63 years. I stopped in earlier to drop off 2 prescriptions-and, as usual, I stood in line for over half an hour. The staff behind the pharmacy counter run around and it's clear many of them have no idea what they're doing. The time they spend trying to FIND filled prescriptions is phenomenal! And it certainly does not engender a sense of safety or comfort. And the staff are singularly rude and nasty to customers. I went back 4 hours later and, guess what? Another long line and more displayed incompetence-each customer in front of me took over 15 minutes again, because the staff were trying to FIND prescriptions that were filled. When I got "served," I'd been standing in line for almost 45 minutes. The tech only had 2 prescriptions (one had been called in). He was trying to tell me that one of my prescriptions was something else-wrong and scary. Enter a pharmacist with one lousy attitude. It turns out the previous pharmacist wasn't 'comfortable' filling one of my prescriptions so she just didn't. No call, no text. Now I've invested over an hour in this place. The pharmacist tells me she sees no problem with the prescription and it will be another 15 minutes. I'm hot, I'm in pain and I'm tired. She's obnoxious and I leave, to come back after I pick up my dog and of course I'm late now. I schlep to Walgreens for the third time today and decide to try the window this time. There are 2 cars ahead of me and I sit for another 20 minutes-no movement at all. So I leave, as did the car in front of me. Back in the store I go- there are FIFTEEN people in line. So I'll have to go back AGAIN tomorrow. And I'm done. The place is filthy, starting with the mats in the entrance. The staff is rude and lack basic communication skills, with a few exceptions. What a mess. One more visit and I never have to go back there again. Do yourself a favor- there's a CVS down the street and a privately owned pharmacy down the block. Go anywhere but here!! The worst!!

If I could give Walgreens a negative 5 stars I would. Not the inside staff. The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. They don't care if you are on a medication that you can't miss. Every month it is an ordeal and it ends up with me calling 4 times a day just to get a script that is an auto refill they text me to come pick up but is never ready. For example I called in my script last night and the auto message told me it would be ready by noon. It is 6:30pm and STILL not ready, a basic 30 pill refill I have been on for two years. I picked up a script for my mom and they said "she didn't exist"?!?!?! Um, is my mom a robot like Judy jetson?? Or an alien from the planet xenu? ( if u know anything about scientology u would know what that means, lol) After surgery I was picking up a narcotic medication and 16 of the 60 were missing!!! I just called and said make it right or I call the cops. ALWAYS COUNT YOUR MEDS ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE NARCOTICS, like ADHD meds or xanax or something. Same thing happened to my friend. I was a med rep. So I know a lot about meds and the pharmacist (not only can't pronounce the medications) was talking on the phone with 12 people waiting and laughing and discussing what she is going to do for the weekend and how she was excited to go to some party!!!! All of us in line were shocked. I wasn't cause that's how they are. I am probably their worst nightmare but I am literally 1/2 a mile away. I am moving all my meds to another pharmacy. It is a newer pharmacy and they will overnight meds to you. There is a 3 day grace period so they will ship free of cost. So you always get it on time or 1 day sooner. So, I deal with one lady who is great, she sends me my meds and I just grab them from the mailbox. Any meds you need they can order and send or you can pick them up. If u live close to Walgreens, try pick n save on silver spring. Seriously, it is 1 mile up silver spring and the older guy that works there is named Jerry, I think and is on point. My dad goes there and never waited or had a problem, nothing. Walgreens is hiring for new pharmacy techs. Which isn't the problem. Hire a 100 but hire less and make sure they know what they are doing!!!!!!!! I am convinced no one does because if I was the pharmacist, I would fire 99% of them and start over with competent people. Btw I never left any reviews about anywhere. Enough is enough!!! I had to warn people who were planning on making that there pharmacy. Or try CVS in whitefishbay. That is where I use to live. I lived 13 years in Chicago and the Walgreens on Michigan ave. Is busy but can handle it!! Even, I tried the one in fox point and that one was garbage too. Stay away from the pharmacy and just shop for basics. I can't say I was surprised at all the negative feedback about the pharmacy. I will be sure to show the manager when I pick up my meds tonight. I just called after receiving a text and a call that my script was ready so I called to make sure and in two days they never even placed it!!!! The pharmacist told me the calls, texts and auto service time it gives you is an approximation. Well, funny cause it doesn't say that. So people take off of lunches and try to grab their scripts and it won't be ready. She blamed it on me for not calling first!!!! How is that for customer service. Counting pills must be rocket science. Especially, when they can't pronounce the name of the medication. Oh!!! that sounds trusting. Lol pitiful! That stupid slow disabled in the brain woman that told me this is only for restaurants is insane. Then she tells me to go somewhere else. Well, you illiterate pile of stupidity, I DID WRITE THAT. Learn to read before you open your fat trap and sweetie taking up all that time to tell me yelp is for Restaurants means you have no life. Go play with your son. This is a forum for all types of businesses, Duh. Ignorance is bliss in your case.

What a sh*t show. Went to get my prescriptions and they gave me someone else's!! Let's see... one a HIPAA violation and two, it could have killed me if I wasn't intelligent. I only go here because it's close to my house and because of insurance. And the drive thru. If you can go to CVS- go there. The customer service is better and they don't give you the wrong person's prescriptions.

Just went to pick up some pictures. Im not great with technology so I screwed up my order, the lady in there help me fix it and even help me pick up frames and set everything for me! Super sweet and helpful. I've been there other times when there is a guy and he is very helpful as well!
