Honest and diligent. We take our venison to 2-3 spots every year for what each estaishment does best but these guys will never fall out of our rotation. They remember the specifics of how we like our products seasoned/blended just by our names and faces.

Bought a 1/4 cow this past spring, all different cuts. Never have I had beef that was so fatty. Grass fed black Angus? I don't think so. We were robbed.

Told them I wanted 1 1/4" steaks when I picked up they where cut at 3/4". Everything is paper wrapped so freezer burn can set in within 4 months. Find someone to do vacuum seal your meat will last longer. Beef sticks aren't so tasty.

Never disappointed with my venison. I definitely suggest the jalapeno and cheese sausage. The beef is excellent as well. See you this November!

Good service. Took 3 months to get the meat processed but what can you expect when it's deer season. Great flavor and reasonable prices.
