About Timber Lodge
The lodge had three cabins that were nice, cozy and had everything needed. The location was perfect for an UTV trip, close to trails, restaurants and stores. The lodge had wood for the fire pit, toys, a paddle boat, canoe and kayaks. Family could swim in the beautiful lake, use a floating dock, enjoy the beach and paddle boat, and have a campfire with wood and a grill. The hosts were welcoming, accommodating and thoughtful, had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils, a night light in the bathroom, a cribbage board, magazines and bug spray. The location was near Copper Falls state park and Big Bay State parks, had great hikes. Family loved the fun swimming, beach and lake, and plan to return next summer.

Gorgeous location and amazing hosts! Tony and his wife were so thoughtful, made for an amazing family vacation. The kids had tons of fun swimming in the lake , playing on the beach and going out in the paddle boat. Not far from Copper Falls state park so we had some great hikes too!

We love this place. We were there quite a while ago when they had the little bar there. They had a small band that sang John Denver's songs and other bands songs everyone sang a long. The place was like family. We went quite a lot of times. Our whole family loved it there.

Nice little cabins on a beautiful lake, amazing sunsets and located in the heart of the north woods. Had a great experience here and will definitely return! Less than an hour drive from 6+ waterfalls and the Upper Peninsula!
