This is the first bad experience we’ve had at this store.
We are seniors and my husband needed a new iPhone.The rep was helpful and after we paid, he said to come back if we had any questions. Two days later we came in with a question. There was no one else in the store. The same rep was rude, condescending and kind of mean.We left the store demeaned and feeling sad that we had been iPhone and ATT users for so long.

Just went to this store and Jorge spent a lot of time fixing my phone and teaching me some phone secets I didn't know. I'll come back to see him when I buy my next phone!

Switched to ATT from Verizon. Needed to turn in my old phone. Their hours said closed at 7pm. I get there at 515 on my way to an appointment and the open light is on with lights on inside but doors are locked with no message or notice anywhere. Will go down to Glendale or up to Sheboygan next time. Not too impressed. Sat there for 15 minutes.

Went in to maybe get a new android phone as mine was almost full and I couldn't access hardly anything. After looking at a new phone, he cleared a bunch of space so I can use features again(I did not know how to do this)

Went in with my niece to set up her phone! Myauna greeted us as we walked in and apologized for the little wait we had. It was closing time and she was so friendly and easy to work with! We appreciated her!

I visited the store with a SIM card issue today, and Austin was able to help me out. There were four people visiting the store when I was in there, but he did an amazing job multitasking and also staying cool, calm, and collected also updating everyone’s along the way. Thanks for your help Austin!!!

Upgraded from an ancient phone and Josh was super helpful. He’s friendly, knows his stuff, stays up on the offers and promos, and looks for ways to save you $. Ask for him when you go.
