Excellent Service and Repairs. Dwight at the Grafton Location was exceptional to work with! He kept us informed of the repairs, promptly returned our phone calls and gave us great customer service. When you have had an accident it is comforting to have someone on your side to repair your vehicle and get you back on the road. That was Dwight for us!

This location does unsatisfactory work. My car was serviced here after I was rear ended the entire back was damaged. Upon picking up my vehicle I never received a walk through. After noticing scuff marks notes on bumper I turned around and came back to the shop to have it fixed. Also, noted there was still a small dent brought to the manager attention who proceeded to tell me that it was not part of the accident so it would not be covered by insurance. As I returned home I looked through my photos and found pictures from the accident and clearly the entire back was damaged so now I have to return the vehicle so that it can be repaired correctly! My husband inspected the vehicle he noticed paint chipped and emblem placed on crooked. Not to mention the inside of the car and outside were filthy with dust. I have had service at Caliber Collision in the past at the Germantown location, they are great satisfactory work but I can't say the same for Grafton .

Everyone was very informative and friendly. The text updates weekly were helpful. I like that they were not automated texts, I recieved a response from a person when I replied to the messages. The Graftin location was clean and very professional. The even finished 7 days early!!! I would highly recommend Caliper collision.

After a tree feel on my car leaving broken glass and dents all over, my car was given much attention to return it to like new condition. Caliber remained in constant communication and finished the job in a timely fashion as expected.
