The staff at Caliber Collision in Grafton Wisconsin, were informative, polite and responsive throughout the entire repair process. The workmanship was superb, and the communication was excellent. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and Dwight at Caliber kept me informed throughout the process. I would recommend this shop to my family and friends.

Very good service. Alex kept me informed on the process of the repairs and I was able to pickup the car three days ahead of estimated time given me at the beginning of the job. I would definitely recommend the place.

Had my car towed here after an accident. Insurance said it was a total loss. Oh well. So I went to pick up a few things from my car. It was so dusty, driver's area a mess, seat covers taken off for what? How about don't mess with people's stuff. Now I would be embarrassed to drive that car home if it was fixed. Won't be using these people again.

Replace stolen Catalytic converter. Staff was so Polite and Professional. Kept me informed about what was going on and was very apologetic about the time it took to get part from manufacturer. Shane is amazing he kept me informed. I would definitely recommend Caliber collision.Service: Exhaust

Don’t Recommend - Clueless inspector/estimator, Rude receptionist, and dishonestGeico identified this shop as a preferred partner. I ended up declining to use the shop. I had passenger side damage to my car. When taking photos, caliber estimator did not even open either door. Another shop did and identified additional damage to the car body. Instead of replacing the skins to the doors, Geico approved replacing two doors due to this additional damage. In addition, the receptionist is extremely rude. Also, after I declined their bid to have uninsured work done, there was an eight week wait. This was despite the fact that it is a Geico partner, and they are obligated to reserve spots for Geico customers. They made up lies that contradicted earlier statements. All this information made me not trust them and go to another autobody shop with a reputation for truthfulness. For any Geico customer out there, this caliber location claims it does not get access to the Geico portal until 24 hours before the repair appointment. Geico confirmed with me that that is false, and they obviously do not understand how to access and use the information in the portal. This is another reason why caliber did not inspire confidence.
