Everything is wonderful, well in stock, and always some wonderful ew goodies to be found. The parking lot is full but never crammed inside. Checkout lanes are fast.

Always a good place to go. I wish they would carry more products that relate to my business to I could get a business account. I don't see the point if they only carry 1/3 of the products I need. To preface, I run a residential cleaning service so the product need is not unrealistic.

Thank you Susan for signing us up & answering all our questions! Cashiers were very friendly. Bathrooms very clean. We will be back for our eye exams & new glasses... lots of frames to choose from. We went on Saturday which was very busy but we found lots of good deals even for us organic, non-wheat or sugar people! :)

Definitely a place not to go shopping at when you're hungry. We loved everything and especially the the size of products on grocery list. Never disappointed with their products.

It's a good costco! As woth others it's a very big store but also very clean and obviously spacy and easy to move around in! Service was good, no problem or complaints there. As you'd expect the selection of items was massive, large in bulk but sadly rather pricey woth said bulk! No problems other than said prices though, so if you got a buck or two to spend try this Costco out!Picture is of the outside of the store!

Costco is a great bulk store. You won't find everything you need here but again you find everything you need in any store that sells bulk. I don't agree with this limit 1 paper towel thing going on again, but I'm sure they have their reason for it. The other thing is if you have never bought meat, baked goods or fruit you need to try it. The prime meat is just that (prime). I overcooked some ribeye steaks and they were still awesome. If you like to smoke meat the pork shoulder are great and come 2 shoulders in a pack. Picked up a choice brisket today and will smoke that this weekend, I'm sure it will be as good as any other meat I get from there.

The staff was out of this world helpful and kind. Fantastic prices (it was my first visit so some deals I didn't get at first like the packages of 2 for x price) but fully intend to do most of my shopping here.

Grafton store is well staffed by friendly folks. They do a great job of staying on top of stock. The only issue is supply chain which is outside their control.

I find having a membership well worth it. The staff, with the exception of the often rude, dense people at the front customer service counter, are always friendly and usually helpful when you can't find something. When I do end up with a defective product, they always take it back. The pharmacy is excellent. I wish they would discontinue the free samples; it's been so nice during Covid not to have that going on. One thing that kept me from joining for years was the memory of waiting forever in line at Sam's Club. While it can get busy at Costco on weekends, they do seem to move the lines fairly quickly. The selection is fantastic and I save quite a lot buying in bulk. The meat is by far much better quality than at grocery stores.

Food is good, service has downgraded though. The man who gave me my order was rude and had that weird look on his face. He ignored my thank you and walked away.

I just want to offer thanks again to Costco for staying the course on their Coronavirus response ... even as much of the rest of the country gets a bit wobbly. Costco's efforts include proactive social distancing for guests and employees, special shopping hours for seniors and special-needs folks, and giving priority access to Healthcare Workers and First Responders. We appreciate all these efforts, and it has increased the frequency of our Costco shopping trips ... notwithstanding the fact it ain't all that convenient here in urban Milwaukee! We will also continue to give the Costco in Grafton more of our business in the future as payback for their efforts.

My first Costco! Even though it's been a solid decade of frequenting this location, I can't believe I never Yelped it!? Well, crossing that off my bucket list now. I really do love the wide variety of items and services that Costco has to offer. The number of cakes I've bought for work and personal events, groceries, home decor and textiles, and literal tons of food over the years, and getting a percentage back makes the trip all that much more rewarding. The single reason that I can't give my favorite store five stars is their utterly ridiculous policy about multiple transactions. I buy stuff for work on a regular basis and need a separate receipt for reimbursement purposes. But the grief I get from the cashiers, "You don't have a business account so I can't do that for you, it's policy" is outrageous. So to get around it, I do my personal shopping and then come back and do my work shopping. I get more steps in the process, but man does it burn me!
