Zero stars for my experience. Called 2 times through the week to confirm they would have my meds in stock in Friday. Everytime they said yes, now it's Friday and they can't fill my script. No stock

This one star rating reflects the actions of one person at the pharmacy, not the entirety of the pharmacy. The main male pharmacist was very nice and helpful, but they have a cashier working at the pharmacy who has made me want to switch pharmacies.I went to pick up a prescription and the cashier asked for my name and birth date etc. she then proceeded to say extremely loudly so everyone in the surrounding aisles could hear what the prescription was and said it in a very condescending tone. After stating she didn’t have my prescription ( with the name of it, again, very loudly) she asked if it could possibly be another prescription name which she also said condescendingly and very loudly. This has HIPPA violation written all over it. If you are going to be a cashier in a pharmacy, you need to respect people’s right to privacy and you need to keep your judgements to yourself. I would assume even a cashier at the pharmacy should receive basic medical privacy training.. A colleague of mine when I told her what happened mentioned this older lady cashier had actually been the driving force behind her leaving Costco pharmacy as she did the same thing to her and pushed her to the point of tears. Why is this older woman allowed to continue???I will say the gentleman pharmacist asked me by the window for more information and noticed I was flustered and uncomfortable after my interaction with the older cashier and tried to offer an explanation of next steps I could take for working with my doctor.

I find having a membership well worth it. The staff, with the exception of the often rude, dense people at the front customer service counter, are always friendly and usually helpful when you can't find something. When I do end up with a defective product, they always take it back. The pharmacy is excellent. I wish they would discontinue the free samples; it's been so nice during Covid not to have that going on. One thing that kept me from joining for years was the memory of waiting forever in line at Sam's Club. While it can get busy at Costco on weekends, they do seem to move the lines fairly quickly. The selection is fantastic and I save quite a lot buying in bulk. The meat is by far much better quality than at grocery stores.

I just want to offer thanks again to Costco for staying the course on their Coronavirus response ... even as much of the rest of the country gets a bit wobbly. Costco's efforts include proactive social distancing for guests and employees, special shopping hours for seniors and special-needs folks, and giving priority access to Healthcare Workers and First Responders. We appreciate all these efforts, and it has increased the frequency of our Costco shopping trips ... notwithstanding the fact it ain't all that convenient here in urban Milwaukee! We will also continue to give the Costco in Grafton more of our business in the future as payback for their efforts.

My first Costco! Even though it's been a solid decade of frequenting this location, I can't believe I never Yelped it!? Well, crossing that off my bucket list now. I really do love the wide variety of items and services that Costco has to offer. The number of cakes I've bought for work and personal events, groceries, home decor and textiles, and literal tons of food over the years, and getting a percentage back makes the trip all that much more rewarding. The single reason that I can't give my favorite store five stars is their utterly ridiculous policy about multiple transactions. I buy stuff for work on a regular basis and need a separate receipt for reimbursement purposes. But the grief I get from the cashiers, "You don't have a business account so I can't do that for you, it's policy" is outrageous. So to get around it, I do my personal shopping and then come back and do my work shopping. I get more steps in the process, but man does it burn me!

This tire center is just ridiculous. First, they don't know how to keep appointments. Second, once the car in is, no one person keeps working on it. I saw no less than 5 people working on it at different times over the course of 2 hrs, just to install tires. This is the most disorganized tire center in the history of rubber tires!!!

The whole purpose of filling out the cake form when ordering a cake is to let the cake decorator know what you want. When the customer writes on the order form 'no green leaves on the blue roses' and it comes with green leaves on the blue roses...then there is a problem.

First costco in the greater Milwaukee area. It's a great location. Not as crowded as the Kenosha branch, and the people working here are very friendly. The pharmacy is also super, with great technicians who will take their time for you and still be nice. I did have a rude cashier completely interrupt my inquiry with a customer rep yesterday, at which time the rep began working for the cashier instead of finishing taking care of me. Rude! On both their part. There i was, standing between two workers who decided to just ignore me, like I was a nuisance. So awkward. I was pretty upset, but decided to let it go and talk to a customer service rep at the service booth to finish my inquiry. The girl helping me there was so much more knowledgeable and pleasant and kind, that I can forgo the rude treatment from before.

Normal Costco with a ton of stuff to buy. Good local selection. Aggressive shoppers, I get hit by a shopping cart at least once per visit. People at the checkout are so annoying, they will solicit business and not stop when you say no. Another one will be packing your stuff and throwing things all over, I asked him to stop and he became a wise a** in return. So it's amateur hour for customer service. I go get what I need deal with the d*** stuff and leave. Watch out for some of the unfrozen food such as smoke salmon, I really like the Kirkland brand but when it's too frozen it never is good.

I have a love / hate relationship with Costco. I feel like I am getting great deals, but my wallet always hurts afterwards since most things are bulk buys! We are only a 2 person household, but we get our paper products here, meat (to freeze), wine / alcohol, and other various dry goods. The other thing that is a great deal is actually video games - typically $15-$20 less than full price for a small selection of new games (Nintendo Switch, PS4, and Xbox One). We also get bags for our vacuum sealer appliance here. They only thing we really don't buy from here is produce - there is simply way too much for 2 people to finish before it goes bad. But, if we are having a party or have a need for a lot of produce, it could be a good option!

I saw something interesting at the Grafton Costco today that reaffirmed my approval of this company. A woman - sitting on the floor, breastfeeding her baby. She was out of the way of foot traffic but clearly visible to all who passed, including employees and managers. She was not asked to move. She was not asked to leave. She was not harassed in any way and shoppers, both male and female walked by and gave her the space she needed to perform this loving and natural act. She was completely covered up and did not pose a threat to anyone who might believe she was doing something wrong in public. Kudos to Costco for not interfering with this woman's right to breastfeed her baby in a public place.

We recently got our first membership to CostCo. I feel like this is some type of rite of passage into middle age. It's just my wife and I so we don't have a huge need for much of what is offered in bulk, but honestly, there is enough there to make it worth it. The things we routinely purchase there are commonly used spices in our household (pepper, pink Himalayan salt and crushed red pepper), vitamins, rice, clothing, cat food and frozen salmon (seriously - their frozen salmon in AMAZING). Oh, and their rotisserie chickens. I love them, but my wife finds them to be freakishly large and thus, suspect. I'm comfortable ignoring the fact that it's closer to the size of a turkey than a chicken. Odd assortment of items, right? That's how we roll. But we find that the products available, including the house brand - Kirkland, are of good quality. Prices on the items we purchase are good and because these items aren't imminently perishable, it works for us. We stop in maybe 1-2 times per month, sometimes bringing friends with us who don't have a membership. Speaking of membership, we were able to add 1 person, so we added my mother-in-law who really appreciates still having access after having decided to stop her membership awhile back because she just couldn't justify it. The clothing has been the biggest surprise. We have mostly picked up workout clothes, but I've also found a pair or two of shorts and some polo shirts. The key to the clothing is to grab it immediately when you see it because it probably won't be there again when you return a week later. For example, I found a great deal on a brand name, high quality shirt for the gym. They were $6.97 each. I was suspicious, as was my wife, turning it over repeatedly trying to figure out what was wrong with it, but despite that, we picked up 2 and I LOVE them! I went back for more shortly thereafter, but alas, they were gone. Take time to peruse the aisles, even if you don't think you'll need anything in bulk. You might be surprised. We always end up picking up something or another. Last time it was a box of beets. Inside the box, there were four individual pouches which helped it make sense for us as we could use the pouches over time and not worry about anything going bad. We've found almond flour on occasion and other things that seem to come and go. Again, if you see it and want it, don't assume it'll be there next time. Just go for it. I bought a laptop from there as well. Actually, I bought one and needed to return it before I bought the one I have now. The return policy is liberating. And, for electronics, the added "insurance" is super affordable and offers nice coverage. It's kind of like, you can't refuse it it's such a good deal.
