I've been a loyal customer of Dick’s Sporting Goods for years, and have always been pleased with their products and service, but my last visit was truly exceptional.
I was buying baseball gear for my grandson – a new glove and bat – and felt completely overwhelmed by the choices. The associate who assisted me was incredibly helpful. He didn't just point me in the right direction; he took the time to carefully measure my grandson for the perfect fit, ensuring both the glove and bat were comfortable and appropriate for his age and skill level.
What impressed me most, though, was the associate's genuine interaction with my grandson. He made the whole process fun and engaging, creating a truly heartwarming experience for both of them. My grandson is still talking about how much fun he had choosing his new gear! It wasn't just about the sale; it was about building a positive memory around the sport.
This kind of exceptional customer service is rare, and the associates at Dick’s Sporting Goods deserve a huge amount of praise for their dedication and their ability to go above and beyond.

I came in to buy shoes. Unlike other stores, there are no boxes of shoes on the sales floor so you have to go through the employees to get a pair to try on. I don't like having to ask for merchandise. I'd rather just get it myself. But I could deal with it except that the employees were either on their phones or chatting with other customers.

One time we were shopping in the store, we have to small dogs in our car with the windows open. Store calls our names over the intercom. 2 police officers greet us and tell us that they received a complaint about our dogs. We felt the store over reacted and so did the officers!, so they get 3stars

I just spent the last hour with Kyle, lead golf Tech at Dick’s in Grafton. Kyle was the consummate professional, with wonderful feedback and a non-biased perspective on golf clubs you can tell his passion is Golf, and his customer service was second to none, I have visited many fitting studios, and I found that this fitting made the most sense to me as it relates to understanding why I was being fit into a certain club. Thank you, Kyle, I will be back!

Went for specfic items their website said they carried. A staff member, after we sought someone out to help us, came back 5-10 minutes later , to say we don't really carry those items. Mens department in this location has 1 item for every 10 items for women. So my spouse who shopped around for anything that might interest him , also left empty handed,and discouraged to return .

Was told they could change grips on a small number of golf clubs, and after waiting 45 minutes I was told they didn't have time. Give PGA Superstore your golf business

Visited Early November 2023 We were looking at options for treadmills and decided to swing through and see what Dick's had available as we were considering models and options. Outside of the "greeter," we did not interact with a single employee as we hit the exercise equipment, shoes, and men's apparel sections of the store. Despite spending 20 minutes in the treadmill area, no one stopped by to see if we had any questions, and that held true in the other areas of the store as well. Given that, I don't feel bad for purchasing a treadmill from Best Buy a week later. At least the store was in decent condition during the visit!

Store very busy. Workers all busy. Had to wait awhile for help. Cross Country running spikes showed as in stock on the website, but were not in stock at the store. There was really no selection of product for running spike shoes. It is Cross County season for high school sports, I would expect the products to be available . Had to drive to another store in Milwaukee.
