Enterprise in Grafton has a great staff…Definite team work to get us taken care of. I want to Thank Dayne, Austin, Ron (in Grafton)& Cody at the MKE airport location for helping us get back on the road in a timely manner after we got a flat tire! Thankfully we added the roadside assistance to our rental & the service was awesome…..tire changed, car swap at the airport and we were back on the road in a lil over an hour. THANK YOU FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Extremely happy with the service I received from Dayne today. I received a vehicle on Saturday that I was not happy with, and called and spoke with him and explained the situation. He had a new vehicle driven out to my place of work in Brookfield so that I was not inconvenienced at all. He completely corrected the situation and went above and beyond. I will 100% work with this Enterprise in Grafton again and was extremely satisfied with how Dayne handled the situation and his professionalism.

I had a interesting time with this location. Customer service was 5 star experience but I did not enjoy the vehicles and the district manager. After I put my survey through a link that was sent to my email, I received a call from Kristin the district manager. Initially I missed her call but life has been so hectic between going to school fulltime, working fulltime, work travels etc. When we were finally able to get on the phone I felt somewhat uncomfortable speaking with Kristin because not only did she state that she had my “case notes” but she kept contradicting everything I was saying. I told her I started out with the Jeep then she says “I have the notes to your case and you initially wanted a sedan but you got the upgrade to an suv which was free” okay? That is not even relevant to the issue at hand. My issue with the vehicles was that things kept coming up with the Jeep that needed to be fixed and I was more than willing to take it to a location that they go to to get those vehicles fixed to avoid the inconvenience of going to their location switching out cars. Instead a Chevy equinox was driven to me by one of the employees and that Chevy was TERRIBLE. It didn’t drive smooth, the engine sounded loud, the brakes were scrubbing, weird wires going down the windshield and it smelt stale. You would think that the district manager would listen? No, she had an answer and “notes” for everything and didn’t even allow me to express my experience. Again the employees were great they were not the problem.

Staffed by incompetent employees. Claim to try to contact prospective renters in advance to advise about car shortages, but no such call was ever made. Instead they should be focused on getting other cars in to stock. They've claimed no cars were available, but in fact cars were available at the next Enterprise down the road! Their excuses and general lack of doing their job cost me an extra 4 hours of messing around to get a car, and $50 in gas and $120 in Lyft expenses. I'd give zero stars if possible.Customer care claims to be interested in resolving. They respond to these reviews immediately, but emails to their address as requested go unanswered. Let your actions speak louder then easy responses to these reviews.

They were very sweet. They offered giving me a ride many times back to my house due to the fact that I didn't have a car. Overall, they were really nice and made sure I understood everything I was agreeing to.

Interior of the vehicle had an unpleasant odor and the upholstery was stained in several places. License plate tag expired as of August.
