Cost is fair, staff is efficient, and service is quick! Love stopping in for a quick exterior car wash and then also when I have more time I take advantage of the free vacuums! With three small kids and 3 large dogs, the vacuum is a life saver!

This place was great. Helpful & friendly staff (despite me accidentally leaving my wipers on), great location, and solid amenities. Plus, leaving a five star review gets the whole crew lunch! I was there at 9:30am on 10/21/23. The crew earned it for sure!Services: Full body wash

After a female attendant (who no longer works there) improperly changed my account access, because she thought my card was fake, I have had problems for over a month getting my vehicle washed. I’ve been with the Grafton location for over two years. Each time the attendant at the kiosk leaves a message for the manager to fix the issue, nothing is done. The attendant can see my original account as well as the new account the young lady changed but they (attendant or crew leader on site) cannot change anything in the system to fix the situation. I’ve tried three weeks to get this resolved. At this point I’m moving on. I already wasn’t pleased with the wash.The site in West Bend seems to run much better, leaves less water and soap and dries the vehicle better. I will be ending my membership with the Grafton location.Poor customer service and follow through on issues raised by longtime customers here.

The car wash doesn’t come close to getting my truck clean…my trucks not excessively dirty but looks worse after going through. One of the last times I went through it didn’t spray any soap or water through the entire wash…I returned to the beginning of the line and asked if that was normal. Was responded with “sometimes that happens”. The wash usually has functions that are broken or not working as intended. I asked about canceling and we told come back and let us know…I returned to cancel and was told I need to do so online and I can’t in person, and it takes 5 days for cancelation to go through before your next monthly reoccurring payment…would’ve been nice to know before we were within the 5 day window. Never again. WASTE OF MONEY

I was unimpressed. Failed to get the bird poop off the hood of my car despite having a guy pre-soap before the automated wash. They did give me another go around, but there was still plenty of it left so I spent a half hour scrubbing and wiping down my car after 2 washes. Nobody to hand dry at the end of the wash, and one of the rollers was broken when I went through. They do have some towels and cleaners that you can use yourself, and the vacuums worked fine. The staff were nice.

Just got a level 1 wash done on my GMC 2500HD. The size of my truck was not an issue and did a great job getting the weeks of camping dirt and grim off the truck. Taye and Dennis did a great job on the hand wash and wheel trim. Will be considering the membership program they offer.

Very disappointed and will not return. I am 8 months pregnant and wanted to have my car cleaned inside and out prior to installing new car seats, also it’s very difficult for me to clean my car right now. Drove 30 minutes here for service only to be told “we don’t always clean inside, sorry we can’t do that today.” So, why are you literally called a FSCW? Car was still wet after leaving the wash, vacuums had poor suction. Very confused by my experience.

Took my car for a full detail before the trip. Brennen was helpful signing me in and dealing with club questions without being impatient. Peter took his time to do an incredible job on the interior that had dog hair and stains. It was back to new again. Quality was priority over a rushed job!Service: Auto detailing

Picked up my car today from FSCW in Grafton. Has their level 3 “detail” done. This was the least attention to detail, detail I have ever received. As I’m checking out the car right away I’m seeing areas that they completely missed vacuuming. The manager wanted to tell me that is from the process where they use compressed air when they vacuum and sone debris settle. Well then why got vacuum again after it all settles??? Then I start looking closer and see so many areas that a detail tech should never miss like every single door jamb was dirty, under the trunk lid was dirty, inside the fuel door was filthy. The wheels, other than some tire shine were not clean either. The manager decided to tell me everything they did do in the time they had the car but I wasn’t interested in hearing excuses. If you’re selling a detail you need to pay attention to the details otherwise just offer a wash and wax with vacuuming because that’s unfortunately what I got. Very disappointing. I will not use them again Buyer beware this is not a true detailing service.

I have been going to the Grafton location for years. Great team and excellent new manager (Riley) at this location. My only suggestion is to go back to the hand drying service at the end of the wash. I have a monthly shared pass so I can use services on multiple vehicles.Service: Full body wash

Signed up here a few months ago for the basic wash. On the second wash the cloth dryer at the end of the wash suddenly broke and slammed down onto the front bumper of my truck. After leaving the wash I realized my flood lamp was hanging out from my bumper and I had a big scratch in my bumper. I didn’t say anything about this and assumed there was nothing I could do. I returned the following week to see that the dryer was now out of order. After about 6 weeks the dryer was back in order and the first time I went through the dryer ripped my wiper blade off of my vehicle right in front of 2 of their employees. I immediately cancelled my subscription telling them about my issues. I quickly received a cancellation of my membership but no questions about my complaints. I then contacted them letting them know about my feelings as to them not responding to my problems only to be told that their car wash does not damage vehicles! What a joke!! In a matter of 2 months this wash cost me more than $60 in damages to my vehicle only to be told it never happened. I’ll never use this company again.

I’ve been going to FSCW, Grafton for over 5 years. The customer service back then was just amazing. The friendly staff interacting with customers was truly incredible. They listened to all my concerns and took such good care of my vehicle each time.Through the years, the staff changed and now it is completely automatic. The attention to detail that the staff used to provide is no longer a priority.We carried the family unlimited membership which has now been deactivated by the company. They no longer provide that membership.I pay $39.99+ tax/ month for unlimited car washes and am considering cancelling the membership due to the lack of that attention to detail that’s missing. My side mirrors are blotted with water, the rims aren’t as shiny as they used to be before everything turned automatic. The windshield is left with water spots…it’s truly not worth the membership in my opinion.
