We had a hail storm in our area. We called him to see if he’d look at it & he said of course. So far, so good. He was nice, he was polite. Then we waited for his estimated. Insurance place calls him multiple times for the estimate & they don’t get a return phone call. I called him Monday & asked for it. He said he’d email it at lunch. 3:00 comes around, still nothing. I call again & he says he’ll email it by the end of the day. End of the day comes & still nothing. Call the next day, first thing. He apologizes & is nice & says he’ll email it over at lunch. Lunch time comes & goes & still nothing. Now we’re just going to get a new estimate from a different place that hopefully actually follows through with their job.

These guys are literally the best! They don't try and pull anything over on you. They keep you updated on any of the repairs that may need to be altered. And they will find the cheapest way to get everything done properly. They have saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. I will be recommending them always. Thanks for everything you guys!

On balance a pretty good shop. I would go back. The deer hit repair looks very nice, and it was done roughly when they said it would be done. However they didn't do all repairs they agreed to, and while it isn't so serious we can't drive our car, bottom line we agreed on scope of work and they didn't quite meet that. When, if, I have occasion to go back, it will be with lowered expectations.

A great shop with the most reasonable prices in town. They make the extra time and effort for their customers. They have work on several cars of mine. All came out looking great. Customer service at its best!
