Will is the best realtor in the world. He listens to what you want and are looking for, is patient and kind, and I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Real family guy and down to earth. Our purchase was a little complicated as we were moving from Madison and with a pregnancy and he was very very helpful and found us exactly what we wanted. He paid close attention to all of the many details and deadlines - including the offer, inspection, contingencies being met, and closing. I love Hollrith Realty! Our family was faced with difficult circumstances over the last 2 years, and Will was the one I turned to for the sale of our family home, and to find us a more accessible home. We were highly successful with both, and ended up in a lovely new house. I relied on Will's experience and knowledge throughout each transaction. This past year our situation changed again, and I knew Will would be the one to help me sell the house. The market had changed, but Will stayed on top of things and delivered us a great offer. I completely trust him and am so thankful for his wisdom and hard work. I will be contacting him again when I look for my next home! We had the pleasure of working Emily when finding our very first home. We had no idea what to do or expect and she was with us every step of the way. We were able to purchase our very first home with her help and guidance. She has a great, friendly attitude and gets things done fast for her clients. My family recently had the pleasure to work with Hollrith realty. We were so impressed with how they handled the sale of our home, we asked that they also become our buyers agent. So, this review comes from both perspectives. First, the real estate market is crazy right now. The volume of inquiries, sales, offers, etc is extremely high. That said, somehow Scott made us feel comfortable, important and we never once felt rushed. Even when we wanted to look at properties that were a bit far from Grafton, there was no issues and Scott was always on time. Also, we appreciated that when Scott was with us, he was dedicated to us. We witnessed many other agents with their clients still taking calls, texting, etc. Scott never did that to us once. We really appreciated the advice, expertise and guidance throughout the process. Scott truly had our back and we never felt as though he was just trying to complete a transaction. Overall our experience was excellent. Thank you!
