EVERY TIME WITH NO FAIL products are not rung up at advertised price. Coupons are not credited. You repeatedly have to call attention to the mistakes and they have to correct them. The last time i was there the clerk knocked my gallon of milk over and it exploded everywhere..I asked him to get someone to replace it. I waited. 5 minutes. Asked again. Called to speak with store manager. Said he would be right there. 8 minutes. Nothing. Got the milk although. I left. Besides getting food poisoning from this store and their attention meat above the freeze lines in their frozen meat containers of which i reported and was ignored. I will buy canned goods and produce here but the rest you can keep. Too bad they ignored my concerns of peoples health being compromised by their breaking of food handling codes. Oh, and you get to go to the service counter if you did'nt call attention to it soon enough.

This is the store we shop at most often. The staff is always friendly! They welcome you in and say hello.Their selection is good most of the time. Produce can be scarce at times.

Only negative is that there was no one to ask a question. Had to go to the front of the store (had been in the back). Then had to go back to the other end of the store to find what I needed. Big store and a long walk.

This Meijer is so much better than the ones in IL or the one in Wauwatosa. One of concerns is the number of employees on cell phones. Last night, I was there at 7:30. Was not greeted as usual when entering, and when I left one of the employees in a yellow vest was sitting next to the doors on his cell phone. Granted, maybe he was on break, but the guy was oblivious to everything else around him.

I tried to purchase some Patron Tequila that was not actually stocked on the shelf. There was a card holder with a picture of the item and a bar code and a sign that said to take the card to the register and the cashier would get the product. I've never seen this at Meijer before and it definitely wasn't the most expensive Tequila but I grabbed a card and took it to the cashier. She was very nice and friendly and they actually had an employee bagging who took the card to the service desk to try to retrieve the item. The item wasn't available at the service desk so the bagger told me that someone would retrieve the item from some storage cages in the back. It was taking a really long time for the employee to bring the item and there was a line of about 10 people behind me (probably because she was the only cashier open) so the cashier checked me out using the card with the bar code and told me to wait at the service desk for the employee to bring the Tequila. After about another 10 minutes, 2 employees come to the service desk and said they didn't have the item. I said that I needed a refund. One of the employees was very irritated and she said it would take a minute because the registers at the service desk were all closed out (evidently this is my fault). She couldn't get the credit to go through because there was some issue with the printing on the receipt so she sent an employee to get some other copy of the receipt (this, too, is my fault). Not gonna lie, it's been 30 minutes since checkout and I'm a little frustrated and so is she and I told her that. At this point, she LITERALLY asks me why I paid for the item before I had it (evidently I should have told the cashier how to do her job) and said that in spite of the service desk closing at 8 she's doing me a big favor by refunding my money for something I paid for and never received (my fault again). When I asked for the Manager, she said she was the Manager and suddenly it all makes sense.

I couldn't find the item I was looking for, today. I was looking in the holiday aisle where I asked associate Sheryl W. for help locatIng the item. The item I was looking for was not in her department, but it was a seasonal item, so it didn't surprise me that it could be anywhere! Sheryl walked with me through the areas where it could be, then located another associate who could help, as well. Unfortunately, the item was nowhere to be found. I was disappointed that I couldn't find what I was looking for, but very happy with Sheryl's help!! She went above and beyond helping me!!!Store manager, please take note!!!:D

This was the first time being in the store. I got some good deals. I didn't go through the grocery section, but what I saw, I could find better deals at other stores. I will go back again.
