These guys are so honest and helpful! Ryan quickly figured out what was going on with my muffler. When we realized I was going to have to replace the whole pipe he directed me to a muffler expert who could solve the problem and save me money! It's such a relief to find trustworthy mechanics. A++++++

Rude guy on the phone. They wouldn't let a guy I work with use an air hose to fill a soft tire, said they don't have one but were using air tools in the garage. Avoid them.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would.I went to Costco a few days ago to get a nail out of my tire and have it repaired. They claimed there was side wall damage, so they couldn't do it. On top of that, they said that the lug bolts/nuts were "slammed on so hard, that they've essentially welded themselves on". They couldn't get the wheel off. They said that since the tire wasn't repairable, and that they cannot install only the back two tires (since the new ones I was going to order would be all season and didn't match existing) that I'd have to order all 4. That's 1400$. That is ON TOP of the repairs I'd have to find from a mechanic to bore and rethread my lug bolts. They blamed "the last people that touched my car" for these issues.A few months ago Ryan, at this Mobile, did my break job - perfectly. So, I went back to Mobile today and told Ryan my story.Within 18 minutes flat, he fixed everything. He had the wheel off, showed me the lug bolts - they're perfectly fine. 0 rust, no corrosion. He also took the tire off and showed me the inside - there was 0 tire wall damage what so ever. He patched the wheel, cleaned the rim, balanced it and reinstalled it. All in under 20 minutes for 36$. The guy is a hero. He saved me thousands with his honesty, professionalism, and general kindness.Don't go to Costco for anything car related. They don't give a s**t about their customers. Get your bulk food/home cleaning goods there and get out.

Absolutely phenomenal repair shop. I took my Escape there when the transmission went out and I could not be happier with the labor time, courtesy of staff, and price. When the turbo sensor went out on the car they again provided top notch service. I cannot recommend them enough.

Stay Away! This shop 100% took advantage of myself and was very dishonest. I had a fuel pump go bad on a super cold day. They were the only ones who answered which was awesome, experience started great driver was very nice. However everything went south once the shop got involved. I knew it was the fuel pump which I alerted them to, once they had car they in fact informed me it was the fuel pump. On my vehicle the pump is a top side fuel pump with access thru the trunk easily less than 1hr job to do. Once I received a call from the mechanic he informed me it was going to be a $624 repair in total, of which $490 + tax was a new fuel pump and the mechanic said $120 for labor as he explained it was a simple job. What I immediately noticed was the part price was way to high. They informed me that they get their parts from NAPA and thats what it cost with no mark up according to them. I then proceeded to call Napa and they told me it was a $240 part. I called back the repair shop and asked if it was okay to bring my own part as I could get it much cheaper and they agreed it was ok. I brought part expecting to only pay the remaining balance on invoice of $141..... but to my surprise I was in fact then charged a bill for over $384 (with out the part)!!! It was clear to me they added a ton of mark up to my invoice unnecessarily. Nothing additional was repaired on my vehicle and no additional work performed. They then added the tow to my bill which was a 1mile tow to their shop for $80 + tax and worse they charged me an addition $105 + tax"died while driving" fee! And increased labor to $157.50 + tax after telling me $120. I will be disputing the the invoice with my credit card co and recommend you stay away and do not use them if in a pinch total games being played. Unacceptable.
