“Yesterday, I needed some posters printed, and I needed them quickly (quicker than the website said they'd be ready). I called, spoke to Olivia, and she said she'd be able to get them done in time. When I called to check up on the status mid-day, I spoke to another helpful woman on the phone who took my number, checked on the status, and called me back (so I didn't have to wait on the phone!) to let me know they'd be done in time. And they were! Thank you so much for helping me in a bind!!”

I am often a needy customer, since sometimes I find myself asking for projects with quick turnarounds to meet deadlines, but the service from Owens never falters and I never feel like I am being an inconvenience for asking for anything.
