Holding rxs for week at a time. For a heart patient? Shame on you. Has happened many times. Secondly, the phone system doesnt work. How many times do we need to drive 8 miles to and from to get prescription that isnt ready.

Poor customer service some people at the pharmacy need to have better communication and friendlier approach to dealing with customer and lack of understanding the customer and validated there thoughts when things go wrong and listen to them but they say they do but they don’t comprehend what customers are try to explain to them what they thought

Walked into this pick n save the other day looking for some donuts and as I walked through the produce section, this guy named Joseph greeted me even though he was super busy, speedily stacking those superb watermelons. As I was walking through the store, some guy carrying a bag of lemons rushed past me and said "excuse me, man" although I could've sworn he said monke. Anyways I didn't read too much into it. I made my way to the back and saw that they ran out of donuts so I was kind of unhappy about that, so I just got some cupcakes instead. I was walking through the baking aisle and there was an Asian dude getting yelled at by a black lady saying that he accidentally ran her foot over with his wheelchair so I tried to diffuse the situation. As I was waiting in line, the guy in front of me looked like he was about to fall asleep so I had to tap him on the shoulder to tell him it was his turn. When it was my turn at the self checkout, this dude named Grant asked if I found everything okay and I said well I couldn't find any donuts and he said he apologizes for the inconvenience and that he likes fish. So we talked about fishing for a bit and about half way through our conversation this lady named Sally walked up to Grant and said errrrr and walked away, which I thought was kind of odd. Anyways, the vibe was pretty typical of a grocery store.

This was the only pharmacy that had my medication. I was very thankful because there is a country wide shortage of the medication I'm prescribed to. Its stressful wondering if I'll be able to get a refill on time. Thank goodness for this place on this day.

Their deli uses plastic bags for their lunch meat that smells like chemicals to the point where I couldn't eat the ham because it made it taste bad. What a waste of $10. It wrecked the cheese I bought

Something about this store is off. Will drive miles away to metro mart to avoid the Grafton pns. Just hate this store. Have had my had slapped for helping bag my stuff by lipstick lady. My hand slapped, your kidding right. Everyone in Grafton k ows what I'm talking about. Bagging is so slow just let me do it myself without me getting slapped by an employee. Rude people in deli, bakery. Like everyone there hates thier job. I get that they get paid poorly, jeez then leave.

The ladies that work in the deli are THE WORST. Today 8/16/21 around 9:00 a.m. they were actually arguing who would help a customer! Not busy, no line...one had a broom in her hand, the other standing nearby with her arms crossed doing nothing. As they began arguing loudly who was going to help the guy, he actually spoke up and said, "forget it" and walked off. The lady actually hollered "Whatever!" and threw the broom down. I don't shop here often and after seeing this display of horrible behavior, I won't stop in again. What kind of person in customer service argues whos going to help ONE customer?

Between 3pm and 3:15 pm Monday 2/15/21 encountered 4 people with no mask. Sign upon entrance clearly states masks required. Not 1 staff member addressed the issue when observing maskless people, NO MANAGER ANYWHERE to handle the reckless people. Obviously, NO masks necessary at the Grafton. PICK AND SAVE. Free COVID exposure everywhere in the store, management and staff will do nothing to protect shoppers following protocol and store signs or their own employees. Avoid the store if you want to stay safe from COVID.

Other customer harassing my girlfriend and your employees just watched and did nothing about it. Would think your company would not allow people to be harassed and/or bullying others in your stores, we're disgusted with this and think your company should be better in these tough times

We usually go shopping closer to home, but we found this alternative Pick'n Save because it's en route to my parents-in-law and also close to CostCo. And now, it's been our go-to during the Covid-19 situation. We seriously drive all the way out to Grafton to shop, partially for the drive, but also because we find this store to be exceeding clean, never particularly crowded (at least these days) and well-stocked. We even find highly-coveted chicken there on each visit!! Toilet paper sometimes (I hesitated saying that lest you all flock there and snap it all up)! I honestly don't think too much about the staff at the grocery store as I rarely interact with them, but these days, I've taken notice. These folks are nice and helpful. For example, we bought flowers for my mother-in-law and the woman staffing the floral area went out of her way to show us a different kind of lily that was not in the traditional color for the same price. In recent weeks, we also asked the butcher a question about cuts of meat and he was super jovial and friendly. They have antibacterial at the door on the way in and on the way out. They keep their parking lot clean (we notice many stores have parking lots littered with used disposable gloves these days which isn't the store's fault, but it's nice not to have to look at that). The only gap is that there isn't much in the way of ethnic foods that other Pick'n Save's offer which sometimes means we just go without, or have to make a second stop. But, we also get that stores will stock what the local demand is, so .... there's that.

We have been shopping at Pick N Save stores for over 40 years. First in Germantown and now in Grafton. On November 6, 2019 my husband went shopping at the Grafton store and slipped on a puddle of water in one of the aisles. He fell backwards and injured his tailbone, tried to break his fall and injured his left wrist. Employees came immediately and a customer who witnessed the fall helped him up. The store manager recommended we fill out an accident report. My husband wen
