Our first and last visit. CHECK YOUR BILL UNLESS YOU ARE COOL WITH GETTING RIPPED OFF. We both ordered the honey mustard chicken salad. Very long wait followed by over billing. Our waitress replied that the menu had a typo (????) What???? She became quite befuddled and LOUD when we suggested correcting ALL the menus. She stated " this has never happened before " Wow. Really? A typo? "Never happened before" meaning what? That the customers just don't question being over charged? Our salads were supposed to have " mixed greens " and in actuality had just chopped romaine. Very disappointing experience.

First time there… My new favorite perch dinner. What a wonderful, friendly and happy place to go. Everyone… the staff and customers … smile and are friendly!!! It’s almost like walking into a place where everyone knows your name. ?

My prime rib was perfectly prepared! We also enjoyed a delicious NY Strip. The Baked French Onion is a must. Juice’s - you did it again. Cheers and Thank You to the wonderful bartenders and chefs.

I actually loved the bread the most. Great flavor and warm. Then red potatoes was seasoned to perfection. My boyfriends steak actually tasted better than mine, but it was good. My disappointment of the place was how small the dining area was.

If you dine here, you will get a great Wisconsin perch fish fry, just like it was in the 1960s when I was a boy. They no longer have fresh baked bread with the meal (they have substituted store-bought rye bread) but the fish and other fixings are still top quality. Great service too.

Really good wrap, relative had a 5 she said it was tasty. I had the chicken bacon ranch one with homemade chips, and they were great. Her fries didn't look too shabby. We got to eat at the bar, and you could tell a few regulars came in, but the conversations were all friendly, people excited about the upcoming Memorial Day weekend plans. I'd head back another time for sure. Nice folks and good food!

Small and quaint building with so much charm. We sat at the bar for a drink before dinner. The service and food were outstanding!

Wanted to try something new and picked this restaurant. Parked in the parking lot and tried to find an entrance so I could take my wife in her wheelchair into the restaurant. I had to go into the restaurant and ask because I couldn't find anything that looked like an entrance that we could use. I was told that the wheelchair entrance was through the kitchen in the back. Going around back to look, we would have had to park on the street and go up a gravel incline to get to the entrance. They may have the best food in the area, but I doubt if I will ever go back. They obviously don't consider people with disabilities as any kind of priority in providing adequate access. I was very disappointed and I also doubt that what they have meets the ADA standards for accessibility.

This place IS Wisconsin! Great food and wonderful service, an awesome bartender that slings tasty brandy old fashioneds at lightening speed. What more could you possibly need! Meredith is a great server that will pay attention to you! Thank you Meredith!

Delicious family style menu. Every item seemed to be freshly home made. The bar and restaurant are small and dark like most off the grid Wisconsin taverns … but also so good for an evening out with the family. Waitstaff was curious and the overall experience was delightful.

If you're looking for a great local place to buy healthy food and a friendly face to help you sort through your food issues, you absolutely must try Slow Pokes. This tiny little shop in Grafton is packed with all kinds of treasures from baked goods to soups and dry pantry items to add to your own stock at home. The owner, Miss Kathleen McGlone, will help you sort through her locally provided sources to find products that not only taste as good as they look but will keep you coming back looking for something new. This owner doesn't just talk the talk, she actually knows her vendors and can tell you interesting stories about the source of things she stocks in her shop! She's a friendly face and happy to spend time with you if you have questions or just, as I did, meander in being nosey! LOL The shop is cute and has a small space for those who want to gather to eat a daily food item. She make soups and stews and some baked goods on site. You'll wander in out of curiosity but you'll stay because the food is good! Even if you think you don't like Bison or some other "Hippie Dippie" thing, stop in and give this place a try. It's a small shop with lots of heart! It's a healthy spot that won't break your budget or drive you into the streets screaming with products from places you've never even heard of. Everything is local and everything is good! Best of all, everything is good for you. The shop is easy to find -- just look for the yellow striped awnings in downtown Grafton. If you didn't know Grafton had a downtown, when you find the yellow striped awnings, you're there! LOL See you at Slow Pokes!

Been going there since it opened. I have a 79yo girlfriend who drives in from Waukesha. Knowledgeable staff but the owner is a miracle worker. Couldn't have a happy body w/o Slow Pokes

Spaghetti squash with marinara is top notch. There are some nice choices for soups & stews. Learned about non dairy coconut kefir.
