I have enjoyed my experience with US Bank since opening my first accounts with them in 2001. They have additionally provided me with multiple mortgages and investment tools; always there to support me with a very wide selection of products and services. I have experienced amazing service from Phil Salvucci and his team at this, the Grafton branch. They have managed my accounts and provided expert insight to my investments; always responsive and ready to help me in making important financial decisions. Phil especially goes way above and beyond expectations. I trust their advice and value their service.

I’ve been a customer at this branch since it opened many years ago. Today I needed some information on my account, I spoke to Phil, the branch manager, and he was incredibly helpful at relaying the information that I needed in a secure and efficient manner. I have found that for the best service, one needs to call the local branch number and get one of their friendly employees to assist. They have always provided exemplary service.

Employees at US Bank in Grafton are disrespectful, talk down to, and are rude to customers. They act like they're doing the customer a favor by putting the customers money in the US Bank. Somebody needs to fill these employees in that customers and THEIR money is what keeps the bank going. There are a LOT of good banks out there that would love to work with you and your money while treating you well.

On 8/16/23, I (and others) witnessed a young male employee at the Grafton branch attempt to reprimand a young girl who didn't have a passport or drivers license so she could DEPOSIT some money INTO her savings account. He wouldn't accept her HS I.D.She was 14 years old and with her mother.He even had the nerve to be rude and insulting to the mother who explained that the young girl had opened her account with her birth certificate at a branch in Cedarburg, which he argued wasn't possible, even though she indeed HAD an account at U.S. Bank.I couldn't believe what I was hearing.He was both rude and insubordinate.I hope these customers are given the opportunity to fill out a survey as to the way they were treated by him at your bank that day.I also hope they take their business elsewhere.

Don’t go to this branch if you want to withdraw cash from their ATM. It’s happened on more than one occasion where you can’t take cash out. I’m not sure what the issue is. YOU’RE A BANK. Also extremely disappointing when it’s Christmas Eve. Last minute or not, did you run out of cash? These kinds of issues is what causes people to switch banks! It’s no surprise this branch has less than 3 stars.

Incredibly poor customer service. Rude tellers. Seriously every time I end up at this branch I have an issue. Super long wait times. Nosey old women tellers that ask me what I plan to do with my withdrawals. Just save yourself the hassle and go to Cedarburg

I’ve been a US Bank customer for years and don’t typically use this bank. I brought change in to be counted and got less money from my change than I though I had (I counted by hand ahead of time). It wasn’t until after that I realized they take a fee for counting. My rating is because this fee wasn’t communicated to me nor was I asked if I was a customer (in which case the coin counting is free). Very frustrating to throw money away...

Went inside and had to open a new account & they ordered me a new card, never gave me a temporary card to use for the meantime only to find out I was never mailed a card. Closing account process took more than half an hour

They have 2 drive thru lanes and a lobby but one employee? I Love sitting in the drive thru for 15 min for a simple deposit.
