I had a really good experience with them, Jason with Fastenal was helpful and patient with me. They were also very informative, and let me back up to the garage door, because it was raining. Would definitely go through them.

Called the number on the website. No answer. Called the number on door for curbside pick up. No answer. Must not want our business. Show room closet because of fake CO19. They just maze well shut down till next year. Great customer service.

Their selection is great, I come her when I need a specific size in a specific material. If they don't have it, they can usually order it.My one complaint is the service, the wait time is usually a few minutes before someone will even come to the counter.
