“It was my first time in the store. The owner was very helpful, easy going and didn’t try to upsell. I told him about my initial plan and he gave me some other suggestions for how I could tweak my initial set up Based upon his experience. Due to me living 45 minutes away he offered help if I ran into problems over the phone. I really appreciated that and will go back if I do eventually decide to upgrade my DWC/Kratky setup or anything else with hydroponics/aeroponics”
