“I needed a storage space in 1 day. They had exactly what i wanted. I was however hesitant at first when they told me it was inside a huge building and my unit may be far away from the door and something about elevators ect. I wanted one of those units like a strip hotel. But I am glad I paid for this one. Its so secure and temperature controlled and new and clean. This place is awesome. I highly recommend it to anyone.”
“Very clean building hours office is open with someone there when office is open and always nice friendly faces there to greet you as u walk in the office willing to help u with anything!!!
Hours open to pick up n drop off stuff are very nice also as long as you get a code to get in the door the hours are early so later evening can easily pick up or drop off the office doesn’t need me often works out pretty good for me

“Did some extensive travel & stored some household items here for a year. Units are super easy to access from highways 441 & 41 as well as from the double lane drive-through pavement between buildings. Everything stayed dry and free from pests. Would absolutely use again if the need arose.”

“PODS worked great for us. The guys I worked with dropping off and picking up were nice and knowledgeable handling the equipment. I received a phone call always prior to the moves. I wish I would have been able to store all my belongings In PODs due to convenience. Unfortunately we had park cars in the driveway too.”

This Company makes renting from them easily accessible with their online setup process. No emailing back in forth which was great.I had automatic payments set up, which made it even easier/mindless to pay rent.

“Been with Jerry between two facilities for a total of about 10 years. He was always personable and helpful and very responsive to questions or issues. When I was looking for a certain sized facility, Jerry showed me what they had available and then went out of his way to contact another colleague who had some facilities available, to be sure I got into what I was looking for. He didn't have to take me to another facility and give me the option of not possibly renting from him, but he did. That spoke volumes for us! Besides being a good businessman, he is always a respectful gentleman.”
“Best option in Appleton. Very friendly and accommodating. I looked into renting a few months ago and had to back out, even offered to pay for the time I had tied up the unit, they said don't worry about it. Just rented one now, again got an immediate response, fast and friendly service, STILL THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN, they let me go check out the unit before I bought it. They manage lyndale apartments so somebody's generally on site. 10 stars.”

“They have more than one location I have two storages here one in Green Bay and one in Appleton. I like these storage units because you need a code to get into the place and you don't have to worry so much of people breaking into your unit and also the lady that manages these storages is very friendly and pleasant to work with. Also i forgot pop to mention they are reasonable with pricing.”

“When we purchased a motorhome, we needed a storage facility that was clean, secure, close to home and had a 14' door opening. We were lucky to find an open unit at Ballard Storage. We've been renting our unit for about 5 years and are very happy with the facility and the owners. The owners keep the area secure with cameras and lighting, and they keep the roads plowed and maintained, and we've not had any issues with rodents, which is a big deal for our motorhome. The online process for monthly payments is very easy and convenient. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend!”
