“I must say of the hot mess I was in the mess of moving.. I couldn't have been stopped by a person so rightly fit for the position. Except.. he deserves more than a raise. Brennan was gifted the manic mess that spilled out the days stress as if he was a therapist instead of the employee of s self storage facility. Brennan took what came his way head on and showed he was capable of keeping his head on straight with his professional manner. He helped me understand the details that wouldn't come to trip me up later on. On top of ot all.. he shared kindness and empathy to go above and beyond the position. Feeling a sense of peace after the simple signing of a lease.. I couldn't be more happy with chosing Prime as the place to turn to. The man needs a better title with the company and many more raises to come with that. Thanks for being rad and turning a hectic time into a moment of relief. :)”

“Returned to US in fall 2022 from overseas DoD assignment. Employer awarded move to TeamSix Int’l who then subcontracted with Olimpico Traslochi in Europe, Schroeder in WI. TeamSix directed me that all communications with their agents go through them as applied to payments, storage, damage claim, delivery, etc. I visited the New Berlin warehouse on the day my HHG were unloaded (but not unwrapped) from the overseas shipping container and placed into storage until I had a final address in WI. The HHG move coordinator, driver, warehouse crew, and destination crew were outstanding. The warehouse is clean, highly organized, every employee outstanding, takes pride in their work, care for my life in the boxes and crates, and outstanding communication. Insurance coverage was for 180 days; 5 weeks later final delivery changed to a western state. The WI to west was thus a new contract. The packaging and preparation in Italy was outstanding: on inspection in Feb when the shipment was unpacked, one plate broken. On unwrapping in WI prior to loading truck, 10 pieces of furniture (insured with high value insurance) needed restoration under TeamSix’s responsibility; I notified them as per the contract. I had a little more damage on the WI to western states move. Within 3 days of reporting damage, Schroeder sent out a restoration expert to inspect/repair. Contrast TeamSix who did not respond to the HHG coordinator's calls to resolve problem. I put out the WI to western state move out for bid, awarding the move to Schroeder: 25% cheaper than TeamSix who also underestimated the load by 21%. I strongly recommend to the US Department of Defense & the Defense Health Agency and their contracting agencies (health services staffing) to NOT use logistics companies for contracts as there appears to be at least two layers of subcontracting adding unnecessary expense/waste instead of directly w/origin/destination moving systems. My highest recommendation!”
“Best option in Appleton. Very friendly and accommodating. I looked into renting a few months ago and had to back out, even offered to pay for the time I had tied up the unit, they said don't worry about it. Just rented one now, again got an immediate response, fast and friendly service, STILL THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN, they let me go check out the unit before I bought it. They manage lyndale apartments so somebody's generally on site. 10 stars.”
“Highly recommended! We have a 36' camper we stored in their outdoor storage and they were very accommodating to our needs of space and where we parked to get the camper in and out without issue. Extremely nice and rates are great. The facility is under surveillance and fenced in for the outdoor storage.”

“Been with Jerry between two facilities for a total of about 10 years. He was always personable and helpful and very responsive to questions or issues. When I was looking for a certain sized facility, Jerry showed me what they had available and then went out of his way to contact another colleague who had some facilities available, to be sure I got into what I was looking for. He didn't have to take me to another facility and give me the option of not possibly renting from him, but he did. That spoke volumes for us! Besides being a good businessman, he is always a respectful gentleman.”

“When we purchased a motorhome, we needed a storage facility that was clean, secure, close to home and had a 14' door opening. We were lucky to find an open unit at Ballard Storage. We've been renting our unit for about 5 years and are very happy with the facility and the owners. The owners keep the area secure with cameras and lighting, and they keep the roads plowed and maintained, and we've not had any issues with rodents, which is a big deal for our motorhome. The online process for monthly payments is very easy and convenient. We are very pleased with our experience and highly recommend!”
“We used Dreifuerst & Son's twice this year. First time was in May, moving from our home to an apartment with most of the items going to their heated storage area where things were held for over 6 months. We hired them again a few days ago to move furniture and boxes from their storage facility to our new home. Both times they did great work. They were prepared with dollies, carts etc to efficiently move everything. They covered the floors with padding and protected doors etc. All of our items were moved without damage to the property nor our home. We would highly recommend them for any type of move. We chose to move on a Saturday, which obviously would cost more, but it was well worth the cost. Ryan T & Mason arrived on time, unpacked their truck and moved everything into the appropriate room as we asked them to. They were the most professional movers we have ever used and this is our 5th move in the past 8 years.”
