“Got a I believe was a 26 foot box truck for us to move are things into are new place! Came there august 7th Saturday 2021 9:05am! Everything went super smooth and they had my truck ready to roar when I got there! Employees were super helpful with showing me how the lift gate work on truck! Definitely a back saver!! :) truck was a quite rough on bumps but we made it fun and laughed while I bounced out of seat! Needs new shock on seat! But other wise everything went great!”
“We sit at the bar order take out pizza. I love their pizza. I prefer hand tossed and my hubby prefers thin crust. Staff are very friendly and personable. Great service.”

This was the only place that answered and dispite not having a truck available spent nearly 20 minutes setting me up with a truck from another location. All I had to do was show up. “They knew I needed a bigger truck for what I was moving. The smaller truck has no rear ramp. That was great. Considering the long distance I drove the truck, the price was fair. Not a single problem with the truck and it drove like a charm.”
“We had a refrigeration truck reserved through our fleet management company and the Neenah location was where it was to be picked up. ToMake a long story short this location went above and beyond by driving toMilwaukee to pick one up to insure we had one to use. At the last minute before pick up the truck had some mechanical complications, they then again went above and beyond by taking care of the issue in order for us to be able to have the truck and use. Vicky saved us with a never give up drive to deliver outstanding customer service.... would recommend this location to anyone without hesitation.”

“I had to rent a UHaul last minute to pick up a washer and dryer. I called 15mins before closing to Mark, and he was so kind to stay and wait for me to arrive and rent a U-Haul to me. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed, willing to show me rates if I did a return/one way, brought my dolly up to the U-Haul, had me check the gas and mileage, asked me if I needed anything more, plus stayed beyond working hours. He was extremely patient and awesome to talk too! Thank you so much Mark for helping me and truly giving me one of the best experiences I’ve had at UHaul! “After a shaky start ( not enough credit on card to hold rental), David worked with me, so I was able to rent a car for the weekend. When I dropped off the car, my personal vehicle wouldn't start. I had to leave it there for 3 days, before I could get that taken care. Nothing but the best customer service.”
“More expensive than Budget, but way less expensive than Penske. Reserve it early; try to move during "off times" if possible and you'll save yourself a ton of money. During peak times truck rentals are by the half day!”
