“Was a local for 27 years until I moved to Nashville recently. This shop in particular has saved me several times over the years. The latest was in April when I had bought a car in Shawano, 3rd party, and it needed new tires. I ordered tires through tire rack preemptively and some other shop was the preferred installer. Their tire machines at the other shop had broke and I was stuck 650ish miles from home with new tires late on a Saturday and nobody around could get me until late the next day... except these guys! The guy who helped me, Dyson, was clear, concise, and helpful the whole time. He spoke to my needs and concerns, reassuring me that what I needed done was going to be handled with ease and care. This was relieving, as we had a couple of hiccups along the way on my end as I also had extra wheels we couldn't use with the tires i had, and he ran with it! At no point did they make my presence feel burdensome in the facility. They even unmounted the tires from my extra set of wheels and bagged them for me before putting them in the car. They also helped me get plugs in tires quickly and back on the road, amongst other help in years past!
At this rate I'm a forever customer. Thankfully my parents and inlaws still live local so I have an easy excuse to go back! Shoutout to Dyson and team! Give them boys a raise! Sincerely, G8 GXP guy from April 12th.
Edit to add, they were car enthusiast friendly! A few of them making remarks how cool it was to see such a rare pontiac!
Edit#2: old guy with a short name, i wanna say jim, was not friendly. I had more tire concerns to be aware of than i was... i get it. It happens. There is reason to be concerned. While i get he is old school, ive had many old shop guys with more grace and less shame than this man. Guy needs to be in tune with his customers and not just himself. I'm not sure if his outward panic was genuine concern he doesn't know how to control, or a slimy sales tactic to panic people into same day tire sales. Either way it's not a good look. Be happy, calm, and not berating. The rest of the team is *still* phenomenal!”
