Anderson’s helped recover our snowmobile from the bottom of a lake. They also towed it back to their shop and got it going again after it was underwater for over a week. They went above and beyond.

So appreciative of Anderson's! Jamie towed our blazer from pine city to superior and let us keep going to Minneapolis and kept us posted through delivery. He was also very nice and pleasant to chat with. Highly recommend and will remember them if services are needed in the future.

I ran over something HUGE on the freeway. No one in the Twin Cities had a rim or donut ( not even the dealerships) so I needed a tow home. They came in a speedy time frame and flat bedded me home. Highly recommend!

Wanted to have some work done, felt like it was a priority went to drop my truck off as the gals up front said they were very busy for the next couple weeks. Karl had a mechanic come out and answer a few questions and sent me on my way.
They were pretty friendly and helpful, however I now need to find a shop that will provide the service.
Not sure I passed the initial smell test or something...GREAT recovery services... The garage could use some help with clarity and customer service

Would give a ZERO for customer service if i could. Last week I had called for an estimate on one of my vehicles. They lady in the office said she was unable to give me the estimate, she said she would talk to the head mechanic and he would call me back with a quote. Night came, no phone call.. I called the next morning and again, the same lady answers the phone. She told me he ended up getting busy and that he would call me back in the afternoon.. she asked for my VIN number so they could find the information needed give me an estimate, i gave it.... I waited all day and night...NO CALL AGAIN. No call over the weekend and still no call today (Monday) definitely taking my business else where and will not recommend this company. I understand businesses get busy but it seriously takes a minute or two to CALL someone and give them an estimate. For God sake he could have told the front desk chick what to say to me if he was too busy. Terrible customer service!
I'm still down a vehicle so if anyone has any recommendations of decent mechanics that won't break the bank let me know.

Had my car breakdown in Grantsburg and called AAA for a tow. Andersons took the tow and called me but receptionist had unnecessary attitude and was saying they wouldn’t be able to do it and they would call me back. ??? This was in town around 6pm on a weekday with perfect weather. Tow was about 6 miles. Kind of taken aback as they have advertising all over this town but seemed overwhelmed by a simple tow.

Estimate was extremely fair, and I still haven't even been charged my final bill which came in a little higher, however these ppl are beyond kind and really seem to care about their customers, and they run an excellent business here in Grantsburg WI. And Christian to boot??? For me at least, that says it ALL. Also it seems as if they are willing to work with me on my bill for typical maintenance on my import, a 2016 Toyota Tacoma, so they do service a good variety of vehicles, for sure. Will be my go-to shop for all things from now on, surely!!! God bless them and keep up the great service and work!!! -Aaron Brabec

Two of my vehicles have been serviced by them. Following a deer collision, the body components were misaligned. I brought my truck in to have the rear end fixed, and they replaced it, but it still doesn't function properly. I returned it for inspection, and they lied to my face. I requested an estimate for an exhaust installation, but they installed it without providing one, leaving me with the bill. They neglected to install an O2 bung, and the exhaust is in contact with the wire loom. When I contacted them, they responded, "Well, no one instructed them to install an O2 bung." I did not request the exhaust installation; I merely requested an estimate. When confronted about subpar workmanship, the owner becomes defensive and argumentative. Go to Scott auto they will treat you better

If I could give them 5 extra stars I would! Very friendly staff! Very professional and knowledgeable! They have been in business for 40 years and they are the only company I trust to work on my vehicles. Do not listen to the low rating reviews, it’s just pissed people who are mad because they want things to be free in life and expect everything to be done when they want it to be done.

I'd give a zero if I could. Driver made illegal lane change right next to me almost hitting me and pushed me over into on coming traffic. Pathetic POS!
