“We went With friends for the bread making class. While the bread rises we had hors d'oeuvres, lunch, then dessert.
The menu was sophisticated and carefully planned. I would have come just for the flavors of mushrooms, sausage, smoked cheese and fresh garden produce with a nice rose wine.
We toured the historical buildings on the farm. Each area displays period art and clothing, authentic furnishings and tools with an eye for design.
Just 90 minutes from the Twin Cities, it is a novel adventure for friends..plus you take home great bread. Highly recommended.”
