Went in for a oil change tires way over filled with air now car shakes vibrates called 3 time no response took 50 min for a oil change no being ignored called 3 times what's wrong this is a business I'm the customer I can't drive my car now vibration is so bad no help no response before this good service now no way

I was told l needed new brake pads and rotors at a cost of $250-300.. l got a bill for over $1,300 after the work was done!!! For new pads, rotors and calipers! No one called to say that we needed calipers or that they were doing extra work.. l won't be going back. Doing work that wasn't discussed at a cost FOUR TIMES HIGHER is completely unacceptable!! And never would have happened with Scott!

I was in town and a couple hours away from home. I had car issues and took a chance to see if it could get looked at. Scott’s was great!! Getting me in even though they were busy. He was able to fix the problem in 30 minutes. Thank you Scotts!!

Do not take your car to Scott's; they will break more than they fix. Scott himself will scream and yell at you over the phone. Employees dumped power steering fluid all over the engine bay and when asked they lied about it. Did not reinstall a bracket for a wiring harness and suggested using a zip tie but then blamed zip ties for why they broke more stuff. If it's not a brand new vehicle don't bring it there they can't fix it.

I've had a couple great interactions with them. The first, they beat tireracks pricing on the same tires (they didn't know they were competing). Their price installed was less than just the tires at tirerack. The second was they got me in when I had a small leak in my tires. They made time and got it taken care of quickly. Highly recommend. Every interaction has been with someone competent, polite and friendly.

Ran over a large hitch pin that went into my tire and was able to make it to Scott's Auto before they closed. They fixed it on the spot. Great service!!
