I recently purchased a Recteq smoker and was honestly dreading the assembly process. I even considered paying extra to have it set up, but since I was already making a big investment, I decided to skip that option. When I went to pick it up, I pulled up my truck expecting a boxed grill—so I was pleasantly surprised when the employee brought out the fully assembled floor model instead. It was in perfect condition, which saved me a ton of time and effort. Instead of spending the afternoon putting it together, I got to head straight home and start breaking it in. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Stopped in after doing research and shopping around for a new grill. Mike was extremely helpful and helped me find the model most appropriate for my needs. The price was competitive but the real selling point was their assembly and delivery. There contacted me as to the finding out what delivery day works best for me. Great customer service!!!
