Stayed here for a few nights and had a good experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The elevators worked really quickly; I didn't find myself waiting for minutes when I pressed the call button.Rooms were moderately sized with plenty of space to navigate around. Beds were comfortable; I brought my own pillow but the pillows supplied seemed decent.Plenty of TV options. Shower had decent water pressure and good temperature. I had to make sure the door was fully closed tight or the water would run behind the gasket seal on the tile and flood the tile outside the shower, but other than that it was good. The shower handle was loose and felt like it might come off if wrenched too quickly. It was overall a good stay. I didn't have issues with noise and I'd recommend this spot easily.Rooms: Rooms are trendily designed, and modern in decor. Moderate space in the double queen rooms with plenty of horizontal space to spread out clothes, computers, etc.Nearby activities: Near the main highway and able to get to attractions easily.Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Prompt, courteous. 3rd shift attendant on Friday night was very very professional, in taking my concern about fitness room temperature and put a fan in and lowered temperature. Well done!

The hubby and I were in town for a show at the Epic Center recently and I booked here a few weeks in advance because of the convenience location wise and amenities. Well gotta say we've had a lot of unpleasant or mildly unpleasant experiences but not here!Front desk staff was lovely, very aware about everything going on in town and asked us questions upon arrival.Decided to order in food and order a couple cocktails at the hotel bar, which the bartender was very nice and fun to talk to. (Also were open until midnight, in a hotel is unheard of these days).Quality shampoo and conditioner and nice showers, which us a huge plus as a barber stylist and clean rooms.Comfy bed and nice big TV to entertain before bed. Will be back for sure next time we visit! Thank you so much, Aloft!

We came last minute due to weather and our daughter having an early morning flight. Will greeted us and our dog and made sure everything was perfect. This is our second time having Will during check in and he is so extremely friendly and accommodating. He was the face we were relieved to see after 2 hours of driving in extreme fog. Thank you Will for always going above and beyond!!!!

The bartender Angel was super friendly and fun to talk to. Jay at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful. The construction right now kind of sucks but the all of the staff are very nice. Would stay here again for the 24 hour pool.

Fun place. Loved the late night bar. Our room needed some maintenance so hopefully it was completed. We would stay there again.

Aloft Hotel Green BayWe are family of 5 staying in 2 rooms for 3 days.Upon arrival, one of the rooms had a funky smell. William came up to see. He learned that we are staying 3 nights with 3 kids (14, 14, 16). William immediately provided us with 2 rooms directly across from one another. He solved the tall kids/bed problem bringing up a twin air mattress and then extra blankets for the cold kid.Friday, we asked for room 216 to be made up and the housekeeper left a handwritten thank you note for the tip we left her.Asked a different housekeeper to make up room 216 as we departed for day. Got back, not done.Upon arrival, found safe open with bolts out, troubleshot it, unable to use. Showed it to a housekeeper. Not done.Hallway tiny papers and other stuff on carpet by elevators of 2nd floor, remained the entire stay. Area not vacuumed.Fridge in room 215 does not get cold despite changed settings. Room 216 = ok.Found an earring under sink counter, found a pair of silver cuff links in area that looks to be a magazine rack opposite to mirror both in room 216.First twin air mattress deflated in night, went to check on daughter in night and found her sunk in the middle. They gave us a functional one.Nice staff in general.Asked for late checkout, NP. Asked for 2 glass-glasses, NP.Of note is William, knowledgeable, personable, accommodating, you need it, NP.I like the massive open lobby with big couches TV, counter height table and other tables and free billiards table.Hot tub (hot) and pool (warm) and area clean. Small towels provided. Son reports clean and nice work out room.Large grassy area to walk pup behind hotel. Poopy bags and can present at key card, SW side door.If like us you no longer buy plastic water bottles, there is a bubbler (drinking fountain in lobby). Fresh and cold. Ice machine next to that.Free coffee in the morning in lobby. We have 4 bicycles on the back of our truck, parking lot well lit at night, safe. Two things that I like to note in hotels are sounds, and noises. This place is located right off the highway but you wouldn’t know it from the inside rooms or public areas. It is Saturday we are about to leave and I can smell cigarette smoke from my room going on somewhere on the second floor. Despite the small things stated above, this is a clean hotel. A good place for families with kids and dogs.I give this place 4/5 stars for customer service, William.

Want to start out by saying the staff was fantastic! Very friendly and welcoming. First room had a large brown stain down the side of the mattress, I went back up to the desk and they did accommodate moving me to another room. Second room was okay, bed was comfortable and seemed clean. Shower door seal had a long chunk missing from the bottom so there was a big puddle of water on the floor after showering. (Great water pressure though!) Carpets needed a shampoo and tile grout looked like they don’t get cleaned. Decor was cool and location was super convenient, but overall I’d expect the place to be better cleaned and maintained for the price.

I haven’t personally stayed at this hotel, but I stopped in to check out some live music in the lobby and had a nice time! It’s a really cool hotel from what I could tell and it’s in a nice location. They recently have a new general manager who is super nice and helpful; and the other staff I met was very kind and accommodating as well! I found out that the pool / hot tub area is open 24 hours which is pretty unheard of, but no kids allowed past 11pm. Definitely a nice option for parents and other traveling adults! I also noticed a really awesome outdoor area with lounge seating and manual fire pits. The entire hotel seemed pretty clean as well!

You Marriott almost exclusively now. But first time at an Aloft hotel. Reminds me of the Moxy brand with little less flash. Very basic and small rooms. Smaller than I thought. But they were clean and well laid out. My room , 431, the AC was soooo noisy when the compressor was on. The shower door didn't stay completely closed and made a huge puddle every time I showered. Their "market/convenience" store was lacking big time. Staff was friendly and helpful when I interacted with the front desk. They didn't not service my room which was a disappointment.
