Christine Kinsley is a terrible banker, seams to have no experience in banking. She will call up to waste time to act as a friendly banker, did not help my business out in any shape or form. I think she works out of her home for the bank but was never available. Would not recommend her to anyone or any business!

I would like to say after over 15 years being with associated bank it is time to leave. The customer service terrible and unhelpful. The fraud investigations are negligible at best. The answer you will hear is at my level there nothing that I can do. They don’t care about their customers.

Tax documents are supposed to be posted by January 31 every year yet you are consistently late! You are the only one we we're still waiting for and we're pushing two weeks late now!
