No one can pick up the phone for this store?! Associate lied to me to talk me in to a device upgrade that has been constant hidden charges and an inflated bill. I didn't even go in for a new device. AT&T is a joke.

Today in Green Bay Wisconsin within mili seconds Eliott Janz was able to complete a task that the AT&T store, next to that one Walmart, in Lafayette Louisiana was unable to assist me with over several days and hours. A simple reactivation, after my phone being stolen - you’d think be a simple process. (Not to mention the unexplained 300% bill increase) Thank you again, Eliott. First and foremost Nicole & Corbin deserve a promotion/raise whatever!! lol throw em a pizza party something! 😭 I talked to literally soooo many people between customer service, other stores, and the insurance company.. who would just put a band aid on the issue, tell me they couldn’t help/had to transfer me, to just hanging up on me vs actually getting to the root of the problem. I was at the point of switching providers because of the issue and feeling helpless with no good help, until I came here. I work with my phone so it was a big inconvenience, long story short I was dealing with my phone getting shut off everyday due to an insurance claim from when I lost my phone. Someone returned it the day I made the claim - couldn’t cancel it, returned the replacement phone yet somehow my original phone was on the blacklist! Nicole & Corbin went above && beyond even off the clock to get it running when it would shut off. I couldn’t be happier with my service and honestly they probably will be the only people I’ll go to for now even with living an hour away.

I had a difficult issue to resolve today involving my account and my ex-wife's AT&T wireless account in California. Nicole was very professional, technically capable, friendly and did a fantastic job in resolving both parties problems. Thank you Nicole.

Excellent service, until I got home and realized they added an insurance package onto my monthly bill without ever mentioning it or asking for consent. Never trust a sales person, if you're going to use AT&T steer clear of the physical locations and the perverse quotas their employees casually commit fraud to uphold. You can read online forums by AT&T employees, they admit to doing these things openly.

Great company and outstanding service! These guys set me up with exactly what I wanted and made it easy. Then a lady came in and offered a piece of Candy. If you’re looking for cable or internet visit these guys/ladies they will take care of you!

Excellent service as always! My phone wasn't receiving texts or calls and the associate Corbin figured out the issue quickly and got it working again. Very friendly staff, will visit again ☺️
