The staff treated me like garbage. No rights, no dignity. Just my experience.

Dr. Carl DiRaimondo and his team including rehab are doing an exceptional job with my recent ACL rupture, MCL sprain, and miniscus repair. The entire group and their facility are top notch. Very impressed.

Am about 1/2 way through my occupational therapy sessions and have had the best experience. The therapists not only want you to heal successfully but achieve set goals to get you on track so you can get back to life.Everyone at this facility - receptionists, schedulers, therapists and even the COVID checker- has been very kind and thorough.Would totally recommend this facility and the staff.

I had a broken finger injury called "mallet finger." I had the exact same injury the year before on a different finger. I fixed if perfectly with a finger brace, I knew the procedure since I had done it so recently. I was sent here and instead of simple finger brace that worked once the doctor fashioned a splint that didn't work and fell off easily, the next time I went in she fashioned another one that was a little better but it still wasn't the tool I needed to fix it and fell off a lot. She seemed to be adamantly against giving me one of those finger splints designed specifically for this. Now it's way after the amount of time my finger needed to heal and it's still messed up since the finger cast she made me didn't work. How could a hospital not have the exact medical tool I needed? I wish i saved my finger splint from the first time this happened...

I was nervous about getting a hip replacement but decided to get it done after consultation with Dr Demitris. He was very thorough in explaining what my options were and what kind of results I could expect along with the reason why replacement was the only option. The pre surgery experience was very thorough and informative. The surgery went extremely well and the care during my short stay was excellent by all staff. I highly recommend to anyone who is suffering from pain joint pain to get in touch with the orthopedics dept. I would highly recommend Dr. Demetris. He did a wonderful job and I have very little pain and discomfort even just 2 days after surgery and am only using acetaminophen for pain at this time. This may not be typical as I am only 43 so I am pretty young still however the facility, surgeon and staff made the whole process smooth and as painless as possible. Hopefully I won’t need any more joint surgeries but if I do it will be here.

Dr Henry did my hip arthroscopy on Friday. Excellent doctor. His staff is great. First time my husband meet him. Took the time to walk step by step through the procedures that would be done.

This morning I got an injection in my knee. The anticipation was stressful, and listening to other people’s comments and experiences of injections I was expecting the worst pain! Eric explained everything he was doing. While Anna was spraying a numbing spray on my knee Eric was talking to me and he said “there that’s it”. I thought that was it for the numbing spray and the injection was yet to come. Anna had a bandaid and I said What? That was the injection? I seriously didn’t feel a thing and I’m already feeling relief in my knee. Thank you so much for your professionalism.

Incredibly slow service, no apparent system for treatment. First come first serve only so blessing out waits if someone with sniffles comes in first I guess. And spending 3 hours waiting for my son to be seen for bleeding out of his head is just insane. emergency room these days is horrible, anywhere you go and Aurora is no exception
