Great customer service. Went in looking to buy my dad a phone for his birthday and got a great deal. Was very impressed by how efficient we were, in and out and got my dad the upgrade he definitely NEEDED lol. 5 Star Service.

1 star because I was helped right away, but being scammed out of my own money is a whole nothing thing for me. I was charged $35 but told to call boost to set up my phone and if that didn't work to come to the location and the sales rep would set it up. Why charge me then? Do not fall for this s$!+
Went to another location in the area and they had the biggest mess to fix to activate this phone, but were super helpful, calm and explained things that were not explained to me at the other location.

Let me just start with how amazing of a worker Brett is. Above and beyond great customer service. When I walked into his store, I was a hot mess very flustered from an encounter that I had with another Boost Mobile. Brett could tell I was frustrated. He did everything and anything possible to make me walk out with a smile on my face and not disconnect my service as I have been a customer for 10+ years. Keep up the good work, Brett you are an amazing person

I had issues with my phone and the lady working just wanted me to buy a new phone, that was her only resolution. So I went to the University one and Omar, who is amazing, told me not to get a new phone and helped me resolve the issues I was having. I DO NOT RECCOMEND USING THIS LOCATION EVER. Also when I bought my phone a year ago here I'm pretty sure she pocketed the cash I paid as I never got a receipt AND there is no record of me ever buying a new phone on file. She sucks.

For my first time in the store, to open a new plan. It was a good experience. The saleslady was professional and treated me with respect. She also said some nice things about my cell.

Took advantage of the fact that i was younger looking for a new phone over sold me on everything saying it was discounted even tho it added up to more then i wanted overall super expensive and poor service
