Went into boost to pay my phone bill, Brett was the customer service rep that I worked with. For starters he greeted me warmly and made me feel confident my needs would be met. He never offered or tried to sell me on anything he listened to my questions and concerns first and guided me towards the best options suited for me! He even went the extra mile to ensure I got an amazing deal on a newer phone. Brett should be in the corporate offices with his awareness to provide value and solutions, his sense of urgency, and his communication!Brett I thank you again and hope your peers follow your lead in the value you provide customers! Thank you!

TERRIBLE customer support. Go to the Boost Mobile on University Ave for better help! The lady there was lazy and kept saying that she didn’t know what to do and call customer support multiple times. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

Signing up for a new phone plan was completely painless and really easy. I was helped right away and it went well.

I went to pay my bill there, But I found the employee passed out sleeping holding the store phone well its ringing off the hook. Tried to wake the employee but no luck, So I went to the university store instead sadly I was told I was not the only one. 4 other people had the same experience as me through out the week!

To Whom May be Concerned,I Can’t believe my husband and I thought anything that came out their mouth was true. Price check with another boost not at the mall either because they have the same owner. University will give you the correct price with no extra add ons or “fees”. This owner of Main and the Mall, will charge anything extra just to make an extra buck. Be careful with both of the managers aka Ruby and Seleena. This place is fraud and I promise your paying for things the boss and employees are pocketing. Be safe where you spend your money. If I could rate 0 stars I would, the place is always filthy and Ruby was nodding during the whole transition trying to stay up but sadly couldn’t. I don’t usually do these reviews but something was off about that place.

Went into store tonight to get the FREE Sim cards for the new 4g networks that were supposed to be free. The lady working told me i needed to pay 15 for each Sim. Which i have 4. Then she told me that this has been going on for over a year and i should of had one a long time ago. Not only that but she was very rude and not helpful at all.

Didn't fully explain or finish the process with the phone. They sent me in circles, I was so frustrated they offered no help.I went to the Military location (they're not affiliated) and they did a great job there, make the drive to Military.

Awful customer service from a rude saleswoman (receipt says Mercado). After I finally was helped,she lied and sold me stuff to protect my phone that broke within a day. Then when I called for resolution I was called rude and told not to come to the store. I asked for her name and a number to file a complaint, and was ignored. I went to the store and she sat on her phone and didn't even address me.Eventually she called a 'manager' for me who told me to leave without talking to me or resolving anything (supposedly a Selena). They wouldn't follow any standard business practices, and I had both women call me rude and treat me terribly for wanting a working phone.Thats all after they said my terrible service (where I was roaming 6 hours a day at home) was only because of my phone, and sold me a new one.Scam artists through-and-through..

Horrible place!!! They charged me AND added extra things to my bill that I didn't need, want, or ask for. She said I had to have it on the plan. She gave me the most expensive plan and said I had to have it with the phone. I went to the Boost location on Military st in green bay on the west side just the other day and my service at this location was excellent!!! I highly recommend you DO NOT GO THE MAIN STREET LOCATION!! They lie to get the most money out of you.. Not good at all.. Not happy with the service at all.
