2 Stars for the clean store, aside from that the professionalism at this location really lacks.
I was shopping for a few outfits for my children, and while shopping in the children’s section near the checkout counter the employees were complaining about an experience they had with another customer.
Mind you they were not discrete in the least bit, and had a fair amount of complaints about this customer.
It made me uncomfortable as a customer myself, and hesitant to ask for help from the employees there.
While I do understand not every experience with customers is a great one, to complain about it on the sales floor in front of other customers was incredibly unprofessional.
I won’t be returning to this location for that reason alone.

My daughter (14) and I stopped in on Sunday 10/5/25 as she had Birthday money to spend. We were greeted by Elise (I apologize if name spelt incorrectly), they were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. They complimented my daughter's anime shirt & were extremely sweet to her. At checkout Elise & another sales associate continued to have conversations with her about Anime & thier favorite characters. We left and my daughter was extremely happy & said that was the most fun she had ever had shopping.
I would love to thank Elise & the team at this location for an amazing experience! You shined some much needed light in some of my daughter's most darkest days & I am extremely greatful!! We will forsure be back.

This morning (9/20/25) the wife and I went in and just had an amazing time with everyone that was on shift, I've got one name from my receipt, Erin! You and the two you had as your crew were awesome! Thank you for being you. 10/10 friendly inviting environment.

The last few times I went ended getting a lot of sweet deals. The employee's are always so nice and polite and even have conversations with you about things your interested. Will always go back and shop there

Shopping here was an absolutely pleasant experience and the store manager Erin was super helpful and kind, and you can tell she takes good care of her employees. Would ABSOLUTELY shop here again!!
