Lee came out on 10/15 to get our fiber hooked up. He was super nice, answered all my questions, and was overall a good representation of what I'd expect from a local internet provider.

So we’ve had satellite internet with Bug Tussel for several years and loved it but they were putting DSL in so we though yeah much more reliable service. Wrong where we haven’t had buffering we now do and our download and upload are operating at lower speeds. We aren’t going to keep this service very much longer at this rate.

When bugtussel came though our rural area and offered new service to everyone they charged over 200 dollars to install. Waited a year for them to run the lines out by us and right after we were hooked up nd paid install they run a special with free install and lower price. Shaddy way to do business

Had good service mostly the few times I needed help took about 3 days to get help then when I was shutting my service off as I was moving the man got upset and huffed about telling me how much I owed (83 cent) and wanted payment right away

I have been using bug tussel for 10 years. Spectrum is now available for me and will be switching to them as speeds are faster. I have had no problems with bug tussel. The few times there were issues I called customer service and the issue was taken care of promptly.

I am not convinced this isn’t a scam. It took me several days to get in contact with someone to sign up. Ultimately I was able to request a call through messenger. I have not received anything via my email to confirm the order was placed and there’s apparently only one scheduler so that was also slow. We are scheduled a full week after people 10 feet from us due to how hard it was to sign up despite us all starting this around the same time.

Get kicked out 5 or more times a day, which is ridiculous considering I pay $100+/month.

Would NOT recommend for a business account they do not care at all what you have going on if you need the internet working right away.
