I am really disappointed in this bank….gave me a lot of emotional distress. Literally wouldn’t even give one star if I had the chance. You can’t even get a hold of a teller? The worst customer service ever! they keep transferring you to people and it goes to voice mail that they never see. Typed my social security number wrong and had other mistakes that I had to go fix myself. I had to go inperson for everything and it’s so much time consuming.

Worst bank ever! Doesn’t even deserve a star. Be prepared to come inperson for everything cause their customer service sucks! Don’t even bother leaving a voicemail cause they will never get back to you. One of the employees asked me if I knew one of the managers personally. So, only go there if you are friends with the managers LOL.

Amazing employees! This is my favorite branch. The 2 teller managers were so helpful when I had difficult questions. Always recommend this bank to others.!

Asked for a loan to consolidate and get my car fixed. They wouldn't give me a reason as to why they wouldn't lend me the full amount needed to pay it off ( credit it overall good) I can afford it.. They say they are doing the right thing, they are here for you but they are not!

Became members over a year ago. Have done many transactions with them but low and behold, deposited 2 checks via mobile deposit, into account and recieved 2 emails. One stated a 2 day hold (no big deal) upon the second deposit and 2nd email it then stated both funds would be held for 8 days! Little difficult to pay bills when they put a hold on deposits for 8 business days, especially with the technology we have now days. Oh and get this, check the bank that the checks were drawn on and they cleared and funds transfered to the credit union the very next day. What kinda games are they playing at this credit union? The minutes those funds are in the account, everything will be drawn out and CLOSED!! Everyone knows at least a hundred people and they will all know how I feel about the games this credit union plays with peoples money. I will happily take my business elsewhere.In response to their reply, no need to call as that has been done twice now. Both times on the phone same runaround. Definitely NOT what your billboards and commercials say "WHATEVER IT TAKES " it is a complete fabrication in your minds!! More like a bank than a Credit Union. I'm OUT!

There has never been a day when the drive-up wait is less than 10 minutes. Three drive-up lanes, yet only two open... I try to avoid this branch whenever possible.This was an issue pre-pandemic as well.

I've been a customer here for 5 years, the upper management is very unprofessional, and it reflects on their tellers and over all customer service is poor. If you want kindness, respect, and satisfaction please seek another institution.

I have always had good experiences with the people however their atm is a joke. Either it's always down or more recently it gets the the screen that says transaction being processed and then the atm restarts and says it's out of service.

I've used this branch of CCU for 4 years now, and have always had a pleasant experience with them. While the turnover in tellers is high, they have all been competent. The only one still there from 4 years ago is Victoria Kreuger, who is wonderful.

I've been with them for 14yrs but thinking of changing, customer service starting to suck; especially drive thru. I was the only car in drive thru but no one was at the window but their were lots of worker inside chatting with each other and ignoring me. I left drive thru and went inside stood in line were I was the only one in line yet was still being ignored by workers chatting with each other.

it was terrible, the first time i get a chance i am closing all my accounts. tried to get money out of my account in drive thru, it was for a family emergency and i couldnt do it. how stupid that you have to use the lobby to get money over $2000. then the lobby should be open as late as the drive thru. put me in a very bad position and i had to borrow money from a friend cause i couldnt get money out of my account.
