Long wait times if you want to talk to with somebody via phone. Expect 10+ minutes for most calls. Edit: Customer support was friendly and helpful when they were finally able to pick up.

Very friendly and the drive through is open at 730.and also open on Saturday.

Didn't realize my account was in active and with statements every 3 months they pulled 15 dollars out of an account that had 90 total. Went to talk to them and nothing about refunding, so I just closed my account.
