I had a great experience when I stopped in to switch my plan and get a new phone the other night. The two guys that were working were very friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me find the perfect phone, took the time to transfer over my apps and all that jazz, and even adhered the liquid screen protector because I was worried about messing it up at home. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend stopping in if you are looking for a new phone.

We had cellcom in the past, they were great. Now we've had them for less than 2 months and are wondering what happened. Our service is sketchy at best. My husband and I have the same phones and bought them at the same time yet our signals vary a lot. We're at the lake I have 2/3rds signal he has none. The phones are Inches a part. And other times I have none and he has a signal. In the middle of Green Bay I had no signal. We called she said bring it in when it does that.....what is that going to do?

It's a nice cellphone store for your basic phone needs but for more complex situations they recommend we go to a different Cellcom. Other than that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful where they could be but we did end up having to go to a different Cellcom for our particular situation.

We purchased 2 new phones. Hailey explained are options and was amazing at setting up our phones. I mentioned some of the issues we had in the past with our old phones and made it so our new ones worked perfectly. We were very impressed at her knowledge and wouldn’t hesitate to return here in Howard.

When is Cellcom going to fix their issues with text messaging? It's been over a year now and 50% of my messages fail to send. Come on Cellcom! Text messaging is 30 year old technology. Fix these problems already!!

Staff was amazing! Thank you! Allie was the one who helped with the assistance of her boss(I assume). These ladies were awesome in helping with my new Apple Watch. Both were super pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you both!!!! Kudos to you for the great job!

Marcus was amazing in his helpfulness, patience, and positive service oriented demeanor. He helped me through every step of the way, despite my age related limited understanding of digital lingo. Highly recommended! Thank you Cellcom. “Clearly the Best”!

Went into the store 11/6 and worked with Rachel. She told me promo was $250 off iPhone 11 if we did the flex 30, and our plan wouldn’t change or increase. Went back 11/7, Rachel was leaving so we worked with the manager at this location. She told us, that promo doesn’t apply to us, and she would “have to take to Rachel to see what was said to me and where the miscommunication happened” also found out, that if we upgraded our plan would as well change (increase by $20) even though again, we were also told it wouldn’t. I spoke with customer care rep Craig over the phone and he was very helpful and understanding. Know your job, respect your customers.

Brittany led us to believe ,feel,we were getting a special deal because we were such loyal customers when in reality the same deal and price was offered cellcom wide! Not impressed!

I have been a Cellcom customer since 2002 with multiple lines, when Cellular systems ran the Velp avenue office the customer service and pricing was always in line. This is not the case anymore. Today I visited the Velp avenue location looking to upgrade my iPhone 6 to the iPhone 8 because it is "Customer Appreciation" days. The deal of the day is NOTHING NEW, regular pricing. So you spent thousands of dollars on marketing, put up a tent, bring food but you can put your phones on sale. This company has become a joke, $700 for an iPhone 8. Cellcom, you do understand that you competition is running this phone for $0 if you switch to them. Stop spending your money on bad TV commercial's of Coach Mike, bad food, tents and run a real sale and get back in the game. You remind me of the cable business, signed former 16 year customer! Bring back Cellular Systems!
