Drive-through ladies are unfriendly they’re not wearing name tags that are visible to them. You have to repeat yourself a few times for them to understand what you’re saying, even though you have them right in front.

So frustrated! This locations driveway has been out of commission for MONTHS. Then today you couldn’t even access the ATM from the drive way. I pull in, stand in line for 20 minutes to make a deposit. I forgot my wallet, however I was depositing cash. I had my Apple Wallet with my Chase debit card that works at the ATM. I know my account number. They would not let me use it on their teller stand. They would not deposit the cash. Then I found my drivers license in my car, bring it in. She wouldn’t accept it because it expired 1 week ago on my birthday. Really? I was not asking for account information or details! Now my bill pay can be delayed because I live 30 miles away and have to come back tomorrow! Definitely looking for a new bank.

Their ATM literally works every time. I have never had a bad experience at this or any branch. I moved my business and all personal accounts to Chase. Thank you for doing such a superb job.

This ATM literally never works, what's the point of even having it here if it's always busted? With all your inconvenience fees you think you'd be able to get a working machine.

The male teller or banker was pretty awful. I called Chase customer service for a new card and they told me that I had to go into the branch to get a temporary card. So I walked in and explained this and he said that I could order it myself in the app. So he takes my phone without my permission holds it with the screen facing him so I can’t see what he’s doing and then hands it back to me after a few minutes and asks if I need anything else, seemingly annoyed. Just some advice, if you’re going to actually help a customer, it’s more effective if you show them how to fix it rather than taking their phone, because I still have no idea what you were doing while my phone was behind the counter with the screen facing you. Also, if YOUR company gives a customer the wrong info and makes them drive to your branch for no reason, you could at least apologize instead of looking at them like they’re an idiot and a bother. And yes, people can tell you are irritated when they ask you a question or don’t want to be bothered. Maybe you’re chronically understaffed and/or maybe you should consider a career change because, guess what, whether you’re a teller or personal banker you’re going to have to deal with people, which you’re not that great at. That’s all.

Most chase banks have quality bankers who have the extra time for you which is why I left Wells Fargo for chase . The one on packerland is great and Brian is really professional. This branch is a joke . I have given it multiple chances. They seem to only like the local businesses owners that come in and talk to them forever as last time the male manager was talking to the smart cow frozen yogurt worker instead of helping anyone just to score free items.there was a flash flood while I walked to my car and I went in wanting to know how the app deposit worked since my check got wet . Had the account a year and have never been told how to use the app deposit. The girl clerk asked for multiple IDs and can't even remember me from other visits . She acted like my check was fake and kept asking why it was wet . I said do not scan it I can let it dry I just wanted advice.she took my check and would not return it . She sent it in even though I said no and ripped it up leaving me to figure it out on my own .the manager literally said well don't get it wet . Don't take peoples items when they say not to and ruin them knowing that will happen .I went on the app myself and all I needed was to take a photo ! This branch is horrid also didn't get my mortgage through them because they could never fit me in and the same manager asked me why I didn't go through them when sending my down payment . Like he didn't even remember blowing me off. Place is ran by a really rude irresponsible man child.
