Worst experience ever! Been a loyal customer for over a decade. Customer service I received was rude and beyond unprofessional!! I was only person in the store in the middle of purchasing a new phone (already picked out and at the counter ) when a couple walked in, which the employee literally stopped helping me and helped them with both their issues while I sat and waited!!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE

Terrible! I strongly advise you to check your receipt before leaving the store to ensure you aren’t being charged something you don’t want. Went in for a phone upgrade and sales guy William added insurance without saying anything resulting in a higher monthly bill. Now they won’t pick up. Bring your business somewhere else.

The only reason I would recommend this company is because of Store Manager Kevin that works at the Cricket Wireless in Green Bay, WI on the corner of Main and Mason!! He has provided me with the absolute BEST customer service that I have received anywhere in my 32 years alive!! However, your people that work for 611 need to all be fired and hand over the responsibilities to the stores. Those that work in the call center when you call 611 are so absolutely rude and horrible!! They were horrible when I called myself and they were horrible when Kevin called for me. The supervisor we were transferred to on the call was the worst of them all!! Your company should be ashamed of themselves for how they let some of the employees treat customers! You need to hire more like Kevin!! After this incident, Kevin is the ONLY reason why I'm not shutting off my service and going elsewhere!! I know that if I go into this store with an issue, he with do everything and anything he can to make things right or figure out an issue!!

went to this location. It was absolutely packed and only had the one worker. She was rude, and was in a hurry to deal with us. Never told me things that were important. She totally skipped that part. We tried to import an old number to a new phone which was working before we left the store. Not even 2 hours later we found out from another location ALL the information that was missing. Also we found out that it's a Hispanic store, and they don't like dealing with non Hispanic customers. Which I'm my opinion is racist. So just a heads up, if you want perfect customer service and wonderful ppl go to the west Mason location. The two woman there were amazing and very helpful..

Wanted to buy 2 phones for a total of $285 and they were going to charge me $32 in sales tax. When I questioned why the sales tax is over 10%, I was told they charge sales tax on the retail price and not the promo price. If this was true wouldn't you have to pay sales tax on the MSRP of a vehicle instead of the actual sales price. Bought the phones online and paid the correct amount of tax.

I called about getting my own plan and an upgrade. I was on the phone with a man named William. He was VERY helpful and super understanding seeing as how I've never done this before. He helped me get an estimate on pricing and even referred me to another store if it was out of my price range! 100/10 had an amazing personality and will def be going back!

I have never had any bad experience with Cricket anywhere! When I lived in Kentucky well, Hazard, Kentucky, at the store there was excellent as were their employees.I’ve recently moved to Green Bay and went into the store desperately needing help because I thought something was wrong with my phone. Thankfully, it was just the charger!William Ruiz, Jr. and Cassandra Valdez were amazing!!! They were kind, patient and extraordinarily helpful! They clearly knew what they were doing and did everything possible to make sure I walked out a happy camper! I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for me! Like I said, I’ve only had great experiences with Cricket, and for this reason I will continue to stay with Cricket!Thank you again William Ruiz, Jr. and Cassandra Valdez! You are truly an asset to Cricket!The only complaint I have is that when trying to actually call the store, the call is never answered or it just fails. So the store might want to fix the phone!
