Bought our daughter an upgrade to her phone. She went from Android to an iPhone. Had to come back the next day bc her ESIM didn't work so they transferred it to a physical SIM card. She was very helpful and nice. I was just annoyed that we had to come back. At the initial visit, I did not feel like they went through how to set up her phone with her. They automatically set it to transfer everything which would have taken forever instead of letting her choose what he wanted to transfer. Very nice when we came back to fix it. But the initial sale did not explain anything.

I came here tonight to purchase a new phone since mine broke, and instead the girl here told me I would need to contact my other phone company to transfer my number over to a different phone. That's not what I came here for I came to purchase a new phone with a new number. She wasn't very friendly or welcoming, it was pretty much walking into funeral home, she made the place look and feel dead. Definitely not coming back and will make sure to let people know not to come here as well!

Had my partner go ahead and pay the bill for me had my info and everything and they still denied his payment what kind of service is that denied a payment.

Absolute worst customer service imaginable. As a sales manager myself id have long fired whom ever is behind the counter. I asked for him to give me my account number and pin so I can have my old number transferred to my new account and he told me he cant. I spoke to customer service for a half hour yesterday and they told me I had to go into a store. He called me a liar to my face and told me to get bent.

I unfortuantly lost my phone the day before Christmas Eve in a giant snow drift. I went into cricket to simply get a new sim card as I was resigned to simply using my old, broken, cracked phone. The regional sales manager, Tiffany was so kind, friendly, helpful, and proactive. She helped me protect my fingers from the broken glass of my old phone, and was so warm and understanding. Towards the end, she mentioned a phone sale that was a way better deal than me getting a used phone online!!! I left with a brand new phone, case, cord, charging block, screen protector, and car mount, all for way less than I was planning on spending. I seriously can't say enough nice things about Tiffany or this store. 10/10 will recommend to friends and will go back here if I ever have any future phone issues! I was even considering switching from cricket to another provider, but nope, not anymore! Tiffany, I hope you and your boss know how much you rock!
