Went here to pick up prescriptions for my sister in law after she was in a head on collision. It was about 9pm, parking lot empty, nobody in line. Woman at the window was extremely rude and gave a terrible explanation as to why sister in law's prescription wasn't going to be covered or filled. She let us know that she had to call the hospital or help desk to get the order through. After patiently waiting for a bit, we pressed the call button once and she proceeded to not turn around but state aggressively "I am helping another customer, you will need to wait." ... we were the customer she was helping...We waited another several minutes before calling the hospital ourselves and switching the prescription to the Walgreens down the road. Before we left we pressed the call button again and she proceeded to throw her arms up and flail her arms around at us and then pick up the phone and ask us "WHAT?" We let her know we'd be filling the prescription elsewhere.Walgreens down the road had us in and out with the prescription in less than 5 minutes...Do yourselves a favor and just don't fill prescriptions at this location.

I made an app for 12/4 at 5:30 am I got there checked in only person in the store went to pharmacy. The girl or pitbull was workiing on no problem I can wait after 25 mins she never acknowledge I was standing there you could not miss me I left taking all my Business to Walgreens cvs constantly sent texted to refill or shots but u go in and an totally ignoredPretty sad they should shut this one down no one cares I been there for a long time good customer. Loyalty.

sat in the drive thru and was ignored for 10 minutes while they sat on the computer for them to tell me the prescription that was sent by urgent care would take 2 hours to fill. that is ridiculous. it is penicillin and the place was not busy.

Went here two get some meds because I was sick the lady we talked with could not even take the time two let us know how two use the two meds I Pic up then she told me my Insurance would not Cover one of the meds so I told here I had United Health and I would bring that card the next day she notify would not Cover it and payed 25 for it and takle two the Insurance the next day and was told by them that would of cover it she just did not want take the time two fine our if they would cover it are not this store needs a better store manager and Pharmacy manager two they both suck 100 percent and then called corporate two talk with them and they were just as bad shame on you CVS I will never be using you guys again and I I will be making a complaint with my Insurance and a lawyer about how your Employee told me my insurance would not cover a med when they did cover it and she was just two lazy two fine out and that is 25 I could of kept if she just would of Took the time two look in two it !!!

The pharmacist was a total a** told us that because the doctor called in the perception that we would have to wait hours. It was a Sunday afternoon emergency trip how else was the doctor supposed to do that it. there were NO other people at the store when we got there and he still said he was to busy to even listen to the voicemail left by the Dr. The only qreason the Dr even had to leave a voicemail was because the pharmacist didn't let him talk and sent him to voicemail.

Ryan at the Drive through Pharmacy window was an absolute pleasure to work with. The cost of the prescription, even with insurance, was still really high. He took the time, without us asking, to find ways to make it more affordable. Thank you Ryan for taking the time to do that for us.

The staff didn't seem super welcoming and the store is pretty run down. They have a good selection of things to choose from like other pharmacies but there are definitely better CVS's in green bay. It's a good spot in a pinch but if I had to choose I would probably go to another store or pharmacy.

Yeah huge shout out to Chloe Turn shout out to Cloe Gorlovitski. At the CVS store on Mason Street in Green Bay Wisconsin. Set the self checkout and after $20 cash back and forgot to take it out of the machine when I left . A half hour later I came back And asked if the 20 if anybody found $20 and Chloe had found it and put it aside and tagged it . She renewed my faith in the human race She has integrity and is very very honest Thank you Chloe Thank you CVS

Doctors' voicemail scripts aren't even listened to until late night!!! Terrible policy if it's urgent....like the Covid med which must be taken with 48 hrs of testing positive ?

This place use to be my favorite pharmacy but from tonight I’m done with them I’m talking the pharmacist section i ask help for over counry medicine they said go look for it and when over counter guy helped me i ask them again how to use she said im not sure !!!!!! ?????? So i left I didn’t buy it i when Walgreens and they give and show me how to use as well

Terrible service in pharmacy rude eye rolling staff. Keep putting you off longer and longer no compassion or customer service. Choose another pharmacy basically they call their customers liars when told they have no military card and say you will have to pay. I work in healthcare and never would I be permitted to treat a human like this. Shame on you CVS.

AFTER attempting to find it myself, I asked the clerk for help finding a product. It was very apparent to me that the clerk did NOT want to help me.. the older lady said "I'm not suppose to leave the front counter".So you are telling me, as the only employee I see around, you won't even help me find something? Fine ill go somewhere else where they will help me.
