The most annoying feature of this CVS location is the fact that the pharmacy closes everyday from 1:30-2:00pm (apparently everyone needs to take lunch at the same time). I cannot tell you how many times I’ve gone in there and the pharmacy is closed. I never think “Oh, I better check the time, the pharmacy might be closed in the middle of the day.” There is also never any signage at the pharmacy telling customers when the pharmacy will actually reopen, so you have to search for an employee to ask or go stand in the checkout line to ask someone. Who honestly goes into a CVS or Walgreens at 1:30pm and thinks that the pharmacy could be closed at that time? It’s just very inconvenient.

I had the rudest experience with an employee today. I went in because they took my passport photo incorrectly the first time. She told me I was wearing too much makeup (I wasn't wearing any) and that it was federal not a fashion show. Very disappointed with the customer service as she was rude the whole time and said she wouldn't fly with someone like that. Don't recommend this location at all.

Serious concerns about this location! It is close to my doctors office and my home, but I know better than to agree to send scripts here, and I should note it's the pharmacy my plan covers. I would drive across town just to avoid this hot mess pharmacy. The dude working there needs to be disciplined for lying to customers, treating us like we are peons, pretending to be a pharmacist!!! The pharmacist (female in this instance) is doing the best she can with the staff she has. The other workers act overwhelmed and interrupt her constantly. They talk poorly to her, you can tell she is trying so hard, but her support team is not providing the support she needs!!! Going back to the dude with the tattoos on his forearms, we picked up a script a few months back, brand new for a child. Didn't offer a consult. Asked for one and he acted all weird and said we can't. We are too busy. Ohh, okay, so that's how this works?! Today he blatantly lied to me about a script. Claimed it wasn't in the system. Could take a day to two days to to receive. I explain it's an antibiotic I am to take immediately and if that is the case I should be informed so I can take it elsewhere. Now I am frustrated. I call the doctor and they tell me that this location is notorious for lying and saying that as a way to delay having to work on your script! They confirmed it was received and confirmed by the pharmacy so him saying that was a blatant lie. He also asked what the scripts were after being adamant that it wasn't sent to this location. I showed him the paperwork and he said they likely didn't have it and have never heard of any of them. This dude needs an intervention. He was in the phone talking about scripts and powder forms and the pharmacist asks him what he is talking about and says to him, you can't talk to them about any of that, what are you talking about. He lies and says he was giving them suggestions for other pharmacies and I know I over heard him going into details of a certain drug!!! I'm now waiting and listening and I'm 99.9 sure that if the 8 ppl that have come through after me, only one went well.

On March 25th they were not open at 8 am. After 15 minutes of waiting and they still were not open, Walgreens got the business instead.

Stopped at the drive up window to get a prescription filled. Explained that it would not be covered by my insurance, that I would pay for it out of pocket. Got. A text saying it wasn’t covered by my insurance. No kidding. Went to pick it up, we don’t have a record of your prescription.And now it’s expired. They said they called my Dr, but I called my Dr, they have no record of a call requesting a refill for me. Lazy liars.

Went to pick up script from pharmacy three different times in one day, never had my script done. Go in the next day still not ready when I first go in, 40 minutes later pharmacy isn’t open. Get some new pharmacy techs that actually get their jobs done on time.

Staff is over worked in the pharmacy leading to horrible conditions for the customers. The footprint this pharmacy is handling is far larger than they are equiped to handle and they need help.

I Waited a half an hour on the phone and finally went to the store to find out the status of my prescription and was told it would be an hour. I called an hour later, sat on hold, finally got through and was told it would be another hour or so. I told them that's what they said an hour ago and the employee proceeded to tell me numerous times that I have a choice to transfer my prescription or wait, which wii it be. The man literally sat on the phone arguing belligerently with me about my options to LEAVE, WOW, I have never had to deal with that kind of aggression from an establishment put in place to serve me. I will get my prescription and never go back, it was made very clear that my business was not wanted.

The store is great but the pharmacy sucks. It's disappointing to say because I've been getting all prescriptions for my family there for about 6 years and it used to be great. Over the last few years it's been awful. Prescriptions not filled after sitting there several days.. poor communication.. ignoring info provided when I have questions.. lying about issues being confronted.. there's more, all along the same lines: very poor customer service.I am talking my family's prescriptions elsewhere. I can't recommend going to CVS on Velp.

Picking up two prescriptions today through the drive though and ladies was extremely rude and short. Do not recommend.

It deserves zero stars! The people in pharmacy have no idea what’s going on nor know what they are doing.. my son got a COVID test here and didn’t get the results back until a week later. Don’t bother asking them bc they don’t know nothing apparently, they couldn’t even confirm I was at my appointment. Get it together people!
