Car died completely the way home from getting my fiance from work....at 11pm on a Friday night. They were super friendly, arrived within 20 minutes, and they towed us home for a very good price! Detail towing helped me out of a very difficult situation. I was in Green Bay for a funeral when one of our vehicles blew a tire on the freeway. What a friendly company. My car needed to be taken into a shop from my home. They gave me an estimated time of 1-2 hours and they were here within 30 minutes. The driver was exceptionally polite and made sure everything was good to go. He double checked, heck even triple checked his work and had my car out of the driveway in no more then 10 minutes. I had an emergency situation on Saturday in which I needed to attend a funeral. But needed my car repaired for work.Im aa home health Aide I travel daily. Was really shook up after spinning out of control and into a ditch. Called my mechanic son who told me to call Detail. They were there very promptly, and made sure I could renter traffic safely. I even made it to work on time!!
