You’d think all the employees are held under hostage and forced to work here. I was shopping for 15 minutes and no one smiled, said hello, asked if I needed any assistance, nothing. I went to the shoe department and both employees were statues gazing either at their phones or to the abyss. I approached the register to check out and said hello… silence. The employee never said a word to me the entire transaction. Terrible service.

Amazing shoe department!!!! I must have tried on 8 different shoes until I finally found the right pair. The gal that was helping me "Isabelle" was extremely knowledgeable about the shoes, and very patient with me. Thank you !!!
