Very bad service, the employees are in the bathroom for a long time and there is no one to collect... and they get very aggressive and when I told them they didn't want to sell me anything after waiting 20 minutes for me to come out of the bathroom.

I just want to say this review is for Kevin and Kevin only do not buy a Verizon wireless phone and phone card prepaid from the any of the stores you cannot activate them without a phone number which is stupid because you should get a phone number when you buy a new phone and a new card and they will only exchanged it even though everyone you turn on is junk but Kevin Kevin Kevin Kevin Kevin Kevin Kevin is amazing that boy needs a raise.

Went here with my neighbor for some last minute needs and didn't know they closed at 9. It was 8:56. Okay. I get it. I've been in retail and it sucks when people come in. But the girl working made up this lie that the registers power down at 9:00 on the dot which there is just no way that is true. Then as soon as she got rid of us she locked the doors with 3 minutes to 9 left. Don't care what store I've worked at you can't close the doors early. Someone comes in, you take care of them even if that's inconvenient to you.

Went to the store this morning and was supposed to be open at 8 AM was not. Called the West side store and that manager called the district who said the manager had some issues and should be open by 830. However, when manager arrived she said it would be 15 minutes and was not very friendly. Won’t be back wasted 20 minutes waiting for the store to open.And would have to wait that extra 15 minutes and it’s just not worth it anymore. You lost a good customer.
